Especially the booking process with colleague name unknown, and of course, the assistant manage on duty, Mr. Gu who take the process very well. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location but poor facilities The location is perfect - right in the city centre and accessible to 2 subway lines. But the entrance is very difficult to find... The hotel should put a map of how to find the entrance! The room is not big, and it is triangle shape as it is in the end of the floor... The furniture looks old and sad... Central heating doesnt work at all! Bathroom is clean, but no heating!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Without the heater brought to my room, I couldnt sleep at all. January 19, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic hotel at the wrong place in the wrong building Very good hotel, almost perfect club rooms, fantastic club lauch, very nice staff however the rooms are situated on the floors 37 till 53 with the restaurant/breakfast floor on the 9th and the loby on the 7th with only 3 elevators wich makes going to and from the lobby/bar/restaurant take much too long time there seldomly seem to be taxis waiting the entrance of the hotel is hard to reach on the back side of the building in the former hotel parking there is a parking garage being build which generates noise the breakfast on the club floor is not as fresh as it could be however as a platinum member i always get my preferences November 27, 2012
