Needs to improve service

C/I at 2300, was offered an upgrade for Platinum status, pretty sweet studio. Found out that there was no illumination at the doorway. Called the Service Center, then came the room attendant who called and yelled at the engineer right in front of me. Engineer came like 40 min later and told me there was no illumination at the doorway,by design, which contradicted with what the room attendant had to tell me. I told them I was gonna check out at 5 in the morning way ahead of time and the whole mess wasted my one and half hours. Then called the duty manager trying to tell em no more calls pls cuz I really needed to crash and also demanded some explanation the next morning. Woke up at 5 in the morning and guess what? No one is even aware of what happened the night before. Another drama experience.
