Clean and Quiet

I've stayed here multiple times. They have a good shuttle service from the airport, they have a decent breakfast, and the rooms are clean. The rooms are a bit dated, and could use updating, and the front desk staff for check-in could be more attentive and quicker.
It can be slow to check-in.

Although I was only there for one night, the staff, ALL the staff that I encountered was exceptional. With my company in the area, I'm sure to be staying there again in the future.

the crowne was good as it usually is. room is comfortable, breakfast os good and they have a starbucks in the hotel.

Cold shower

Good food in the hotel bar, however there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. I was already cold from a cold room (thermostat set on 74), and no hot water in the morning left a bad taste in my mouth, esp., when the hotel staff didn't seem the least bit sorry or apologetic for the inconvenience.

As you are already aware we did incur a problem with our boiler on the morning of your visit and our Engineering staff worked diligently to identify and correct the problem that day.
