Overall, the stay was enjoyable and met our needs. When we arrived, we were asked if we preferred a room on a higher floor to allow us a better view. It involved a 40 minute wait, but was worth it. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the noise was a minimum. However, we were left at the shopping center for over 30 minutes waiting for a ride back to the hotel because the front desk did not deliver the message to the driver. We also ordered additional towels, as we had 4 guests in our room, and only 3 towels. We never received the extra towels. We would stay again, as the rates were affordable, but would be more vocal about the areas of improvement to avoid future mishaps.

A nice hotel that was renovated a couple of years ago to be more modern looking. The Front Desk Staff were super friendly at check in and very accommodating. The room was nice and the bathroom above average. It is stocked with nice amenities and a very strong shower.
The only weak spot is the breakfast buffet. I don't think it is a fair value if you pay full price for it. There is nothing being prepared individually for you and very little of each food is put out. I also did not like that the yogurt was from bulk packaging and sitting out in a tub, rather than in individual servings which I know are safe to eat.
Overall though I would definitely stay here again when in the area and would recommend the hotel.

Probably the most comfortable beds in all IHG group. The first hotel in a long time where I did not wake up with back ache. Very clean and staff extremely joyful and polite. Will definitely stay there again if I need to do business in Natick.

This hotel was very nice. I would've paid way more for the same thing in Canada, about 50% more.
The hotel is new and very well decorated. And I'm usually a classic guy but the style was really well executed.
The food was really good without trying to rip you off.
The rooms are new, very clean and a very safe haven from the heath.
LIttle attention like computers with printers on some floors, Decent internet. Above average tvs for an hotel. Free refrigirator. You can even order a microwave I think.
I usually don't write reviews but I did because I will certainly go there again next year.
25 min from dwntwn Boston. Next to the biggest mall of the state and 25 min from the nicest outlets you'll see. No cheap stuff.

I stayed at this Crowne Plaza on the executive floor. I was told the entire floor had been recently remodeled and I found that my room was very comfortable and up to date.
I was traveling on vacation, but I operate a business and need to access computer services even while on vacation.
Unfortuneatly, as part of the remodel, they closed the executive club lounge. So In order to use a printer I had to go down to the business center located on the 4th floor. Since the lounge was closed, there were also no club floor amentities, like beverages and snacks.
I was told by the lobby staff that there were no plans to re-open the club lounge. This is an unfortunate decision because it is an amenity that I don't mind paying extra for.
All in all, my stay was very nice and I would go back again.

Was in Boston for business and chose this place because of it's value and location. All the places in Cambridge were well over $250 per night - and this place - being app. 25 min away seemed like an affordable option. We were not disappointed. Big bright rooms. Clean and modern amenities. Comfortable bed - and pretty epic breakfast buffet. All this and a shopping mall across the street - made for a great stay. Would highly recommend this place.

I was especially impressed by the help given to us by Asha at the front desk. She was very informative about Boston and spent a good deal of time with us. We were really grateful! With her help, we had a great time in the city.
The hotel itself was cool in their unique decor. We had fun just looking around.

This was my husband & mine first stay at the Verve. It was incredible!! Our room was wonderful! The comfortable bed was out of this world! Our son is marrying a gal from Boston & we are from Ohio so we are going to make sure all of our friends & family stay at the Verve!

Cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff!
Stay several times a month. On the surface it may look clean but if you pay a bit more attention, cleanliness is sorely leaking (on most visits). Rooms are not fully cleaned daily. Housekeeping does not deal with obvious issues ( sheets ripped/not fitting bed); prior guests items left in fridge, broken shades and dresser handles, definitely does not clean bathrooms daily. If it were not or the cleanliness concerns would be 5 stars. Thy just need to be supervised.........

I was very surprised at the quality and service I received when staying at this hotel. They rooms were nicely maintained, it was quiet, the front desk staff, restaurant/bar/room service staff were friendly and helpful.
I will be staying here every opportunity I get.

Property is clean and conveniently located. Have stayed 3 times. First and second times breakfast and service overall were excellent. In my most recent stay (last week) service was average at best -- both on check-in and for breakfast in the morning. I believe this is a case of new staff that has not been adequately trained (the server in particular)... but problem seems to run all the way back to the kitchen. Breakfast ordered a la carte was different and incomplete as compared to the first two visits. (Second and third visits were 5/8-5/9 and 5/23-24)

we were awakened at 5:30 a.m. by a beeping trash truck, because the room was on the same side as the trash. only one elevator was working during my stay. my room was not cleaned until i called late in the afternoon to have it cleaned and even tho i gave a specific time to be cleaned, they knocked on my door three times while we were getting dressed for the evening.
on the good side, the staff was friendly and professional.
i wouldn't stay here again....

I stay here on business due to convenience in location. Over the years my stays have not been good. I have had to complain about room cleanliness, lack of front desk service, no tv service, broken heater, etc.
this past stay I did not receive my wake up call, the vending machine stole 2 dollars. Went to the front desk and was offered nothing to ease the issue.
Would a good will gesture have been so hard to give? How about a few extra points as others give in these circumstances for a missed wake up call. Or my money back for the vending machines that never work properly in this hotel would have been nice.

Hotel staff were very pleasant. Room was good. One of the two elevators was broken all through my stay-seems like 24 hours hours is enough to get an elevator repaired.
Signage for hotel entrance off of MA Rte 9 should be improved.
Overall accommodation was "good", not great.

We came to Natick for an event and loved The Verve! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A Starbucks on the first floor was much appreciated. The staff was pleasant and helpful. You will surely enjoy the 60's theme - Barbie Dolls, Lava Lamps, cool pictures and furniture. Worth a stay!

This was not my first stay at The Verve. I have to start with the fact that I love the decor and the ambiance of the hotel.
The downsides for me are the servers at the Pantry. Most people that are there to eat in the morning are business travelers and are in need of efficient servers. They are very friendly servers, that is not the issue, the issue is when they disappear for 10 - 15 min at a time and don't offer you coffee or juice.
Secondly my room had an issue with a used water bottle left in my room. I let the front desk know, wash assured it would be removed but was still there that evening. The next morning I also noticed a bag of garbage in my closet. Now thankfully they contacted the manager of house keeping and had it cleaned. I was also offered extra points for this issue - I have yet to receive these. I'm not sure where I will decide to stay on my next trip yet.
My first time staying here there were cigarette butts in my ashtray outside my nonsmoking room for the entire week and then to have this issue, this time - it's very frustrating.

This a great hotel for just about any group... Family, business or vacation. The hotel staff are all amazing and go above and beyond what is expected of them. The hotel provides a relaxing environment for all and offers multiple options for food, dinning, and bar atmosphers. The hotel decor is clean, fun, interactive and amusing. I especially like the 70s and 80s commercials that you can watch in the lobby. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and relaxing. The only con is that the in room movies are too expensive. However the hotel offers a shuttle to a local IMAX movie theatre for no cost. Shopping and dinning options in the area are also five stars. Im a regular weekly traveler who stays at all types of hotels... This is my favorite.

The hotel is nice. The room was clean. The air conditioners are loud. The staff was very kind and helpful except one thin tall female waitress on Sunday morning. I had to remind her 3 times to complete my order from the menu. She brought the remainder of my order when I was finishing the meal and was rude about it. I paid for it but it put a damper on the visit.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza / Verve for three nights in early May. Overall, the property suited my purposes, but I was underwhelmed by my stay, and am giving an 'average' for 'Overall Experience.' My visit started out on a positive note, when one of the friendly courtesy van drivers picked me up from the Logan Express stop at Shoppers World--about two minutes after I called. (I had a similar positive experience when I got a ride back to Logan Express.) When I checked into the hotel, the person at the desk was friendly enough, but not forthcoming about amenities at the hotel, even though I was staying on the executive floor (where construction was going on). I went to my room, which was very nicely appointed and very clean. Unfortunately, the suite across the hall was being worked on by a construction crew, which prevented me from taking a much-needed nap. The work on two rooms on the seventh floor continued through most of my stay, though not into the evenings for the most part. I went into the lobby to orient myself to the hotel and to get a snack; on the way to The Pantry, I noticed that there were several staff at or around the front desk, but none of them seemed to be engaged with customers. No one even looked in my direction. When I got to The Pantry, however, I found it to have nice ambiance, so I decided to stay for dinner, and invited a friend. We had a very nice meal, quite reasonable, and served by a very friendly waiter. I turned in and had a good night's sleep. I went to breakfast each of the next two days at The Pantry, and I was struck by how inattentive the hostess was; in fact, she seemed to be bossing the waiters around in front of customers, and her posture was really bad--I didn't like seeing her wandering around as if she was half-asleep. I thought it was sad on the first morning, but on the second morning, I was very disappointed by her comportment. The waiter was excellent. My meals were delicious and very reasonably priced. One thing that I didn't like was a situation in the business center: One morning I visited the room (with counter space and two computers, use free of charge) early and there was a breakfast on a tray, room service, I suppose. It smelled bad. I checked back into the center a couple times that morning, and the tray was still there--several hours later. I then alerted an employee at the front desk about the situation, and she said she'd have it taken care of. An hour later, however, when I was headed out of the hotel, I noticed that the tray was still there, a real lapse in service. The location was very good for my purposes, and easy to get to. The price, however, was somewhat expensive, especially on weekdays.

Stayed here again for the first time in over a year. The renovations are finished and the atmosphere is very unique. The room was very comfortable and although I rarely order room service, this particular night I was very hungry and it was late and I had no car to go to a local restaurant. I ordered room service for my guest ( my daughter's best friend who had also come from out of town to visit her) and myself and we were blown away by the quantity and quality of the meal. It was well worth the extra expense for room service that night. I was also very impressed with the head of the bell service who promptly picked me up when I arrived at the Logan Express terminal and then arranged to transport me to my daughter's school after I checked in and dropped my bags in my room. It was a great stay.

I have been to a few Crowne Plaza hotels and this one is, by far, the highest quality Crowne I have stayed at. I have endured some disappointments but this one, particularly in the last two years (multiple stays) has improved dramatically in every area from the facility itself to the service. The quality of the restaurant makes it a worthy stop even if you aren't staying there and the staff seems to remember me even if I haven't been there in months. I don't live far but when I have extended business meetings that keep me late into the night I stay here every time. Highly recommend this one!

We took our daughter for her 7th birthday. I had found this American Girl package online and booked it. We were so impressed!!! The doll bed provided in the package was adorable and the cookies and milk at bedtime for my duighter and her doll topped the fun day off. Thanks again for a great experience!!!! We would definitely stay again!!

I use this Hotel about once a month. The staff is excellent. They always try to accommodate my room request. I like the 4th floor, which has a coffee maker in the hallway. Rooms are remodeled and comfortable.
I have only 2 requests:
1) The wine selection in the bar is very poor. Needs to be updated and refined to allow us a better quality to choose from.
2) They changed their cable selection a year ago. If I want to watch spanish language or Fox News, Its ok...but...please bring back MSNBC..not all of your guests are right wing and we would like to have someone else to watch other than Bill and Shawn.
Overall a very nice hotel! I would recommend.

We stayed at your hotel last weekend (Friday & Saturday nights).
Had a drink and appetizers in the lounge , which was pleasant. We entered the Pantry Restaurant for dinner. There were two children in our party of 10. The hosted wasn't sure as to where we would be seated, but after some coaching from us we were seated. It took sometime til our orders were taken. From that point until the time we received our meals was well over an hour...with the children getting their meals last(a cheese sandwich & Mac & cheese). A complaint about the service was made to our server & both meals were taken off the check. The chef came out just as we were getting ready to leave with compliment desserts for the table(the children already left the restaurant.). The chef apologized for the delay in the meals. A few of us had breakfast in the same restaurant the next morning. We found the waitress to be very preoccupied and not attentive.
Our room had several duplex plugs that didn't work. Towels were torn and the bed sheet was stained on one side(not detected til Saturday morning. Very disappointing stay...will not return.

I brought my granddaughters for an AG visit. The hospitality was outstanding.
From the very first night, the staff provided everything we needed and more even though we arrived late.
The room was comfortable and better than I expected. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping was on point.
From the front desk staff to room service, we did not have a disappointing moment.
We will stay here again.
