Work related training for several days prompted my stay. Reservation by live chat was easy and convenient. Hotel staff very attentive. I used the shuttle service provided and the service was excellent. The bellboy and shuttle drviver, Eric, was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stay at this property frequently for business and always receive a pleasant greeting and good service.
However, on my most recent stay I was dismayed that upon arrival I was only offered a room on the 3rd floor which is not designated as part of the Priority Club floor levels. Only after inquiring about being able to have a higher level room was I granted one.
Considering I have Platinum status I found this quite disturbing along with the only other "perk" offered being a bottle of water.
Once again I do want to state that the rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds, but the level of recognition for Priority Club members continues to diminish at this property.

Room was very clean and comfortable and staff was pleasant and nice. Accessories and conveniences that were provided were quite good (plenty of towels, decent soaps/shampoos/toiletries). No good place to hang towels, even though they ask you to reuse if you can (one little tiny peg on the wall was hanging out of the wall/broken).
All day and night, there was a weird buzzing/banging noise coming from the wall. Could've been a pipe or something, but it made it hard to sleep and relax.

The bellman were all amazing at this hotel and did a great job of shuttling me to and from the train station. When I first arrived, I got off at the wrong stop and it was late and cold and I had no idea how to get to the hotel. The woman at the front desk, Felicia, was so incredibly helpful and put up with my numerous confused calls. She also saved me by checking with the bellman to see if he could come get me. The bellman, Dave, came and got me and saved me from the dark and cold and somewhat frightening experience I was having in this town I had never been in before. He was so warm and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I am full of gratitude to them and the entire staff at the Crowne-Plaza in Natick. My experience was fantastic overall and I would definitely recommend this property to others. The rooms and food were also very wonderful.

To keep it simple, the hotel was clean and rooms comfortable. They have a restaurant with great food and a bar with reasonable drinks. The location is central to Metro West. I will always stay here if they keep up the focus on the customer.

I would rate this hotel as an above average value for the price. I thought that the hotel lobby and bar were excellent as was the room. But for a shower drain to be fully clogged is inexcusable. I had a 9:30 am appointment in the Springfield area and could not take a shower because the tub was clogged and I did not have time to wait for someone to come up to take care of it. I cannot imagine that the drain of this tub was fully clear when housekeeping came in to clean the room. I have to assume that there a breakdown in communication or simply that the clog was not reported to the maintenance staff by the housekeeper. And this clog was not a slow drain. It was a full clog.

I would like to comment that the guest services staff exceeded every expectation I had for our brief one night stay on Feb 1st, 2013. I had arranged with Melanie @ guest services to have a pizza delivered to our room for 10:30 pm as a little surprise for my husband on his birthday. Came about that since we would not guarantee to be in the room at that requested time, this request would not be possible. However we arrived back to the hotel about 10:15 and went into the lounge for a nightcap. Some staff member on top of their game must have seen us, arranged for the pizza to be in our room within moments of us entering our room at 11 pm. The pizza was piping hot and delicious! My husband was blown away, and little did he know so was I. I thought it wasn't going to happen but the staff there was reactive and sharp. Thank you so much for making this little surprise a real special big one! The remodeled rooms and lobby are beautiful & super functional. The lounge very chic. The staff exceptional! Thank you for everything! We will be back soon as we love the TCAN in Natick and this is our choice hotel in the area.

Because of the loud air conditioner fan couldn't sleep all night. Only the light above the sink worked in the restroom the main halogen light switch was broken. So, it was very dark. 2 out of three towels had holes in them. Except the hallway and lobby decors, I didn't find anything good about this hotel. I was in room 417, may be other rooms are newer and better.

The Hotel is always pleasant to stay at but has dropped in experience dew to the Upgrading of the Club and Suites level...
The staff is always 5 Star service lets get Hotel back to the same level of comfort as before!!!!!

This is a Jewel in the Crown of the Priority Club. I was treated excellent as a Priority Club Platinum Member. The staff put me on the special Platinum level Club floor and comped me breakfast. The room was neat and extremely tidy, The bed was comfortable and clean. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The young man in the shop where you can purchase snacks and coffee was very friendly and kind. The food and service in the restaurant was above expectations. This hotel I give 5 stars and would be happy if all the hotels were like this

My boyfriend and I took part in the NYE package that included overnight stay and dinner with dancing. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Natick two years prior before it was renovated. Our previous stay was amazing so we tried it again. Sadly our stay was not like the last time. The NYE night took place in the resturant next to the area in the lobby they had the band and tables stationed!! It was a joke. The entire meal we had to shout over each other as the band was doing sound checks. The meal was disgusting. The prime rib was a raw lump of fat. I wouldnt feed it to my dog. Although the manager asked to pay for a round of drinks it just was not enough.The entire night was pathetic compared to the amazing staff and atmosphere of the last stay. I was mortified because i had 8 other people join us. I am so dissapointed.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Christmas night and had a great visit. The room was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed, TV, and necessary amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for us to watch a family movie with a cup of coffee and home-made cookies.
The restaurant is intriguingly decorated with rolling pin walls, silver-service chandeliers, and milk-bottle walls. The food was excellent. My wife delighted in the "Green Eggs and Ham" breakfast special.
The service was superb given that the hotel was empty and the staff's workload was light. The restaurant served a first class meal even though the slow time provided little demand.
Prices, as best we can determine, were half price, and with a senior discount our cost was equal to lower priced chains.

The desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were there for a wedding and they graciously arranged transportation for us with their hotel shuttle van (I think this was above and beyond!). The lounge is very cool, and the music was very good, but the waitress was horrible! We waited at least a half hour for a food menu, and then another half hour for her to take our order. She was not attentive at all.
Our room was very nice, modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of nice pillows. The bathroom was really nice! The TV, however, was very difficult to turn on and off, and once it finally came on we could not figure out how to change the channel. There was no instruction sheet that we could find. The towels were plenty and very clean and soft. The coffee maker in the room did not work which was disappointing.
I would recommend this hotel because of its friendly desk staff, comfort, cleanliness and the retro ambiance.

Staff are lovely and very helpful, the fact they remember you is a big plus and makes you feel at home. The hotel beds are exceptionally good and provide the best nights sleep, even when jet lagged.
The only 'other' point is the bar, the Verve is a little 'different' but, judge for yourself.
Overall a lovely place

This was my 4th year staying overnight to do my Christmas shopping at the Natick Mall - the shuttle back and forth is a wonderful service - I love your new Pantry restaurant - had room service for dinner and breakfast - a very relaxing way to shop during such a hectic time of year - I will most certainely be staying next year for my 5th visit. Not having a pool at such a nice hotel is questionable. However, not having programs available such as the NFL network in the room is unacceptable. Even if it was available for a fee would be better than not at all. The restaurant/bar is extremely staff friendly, but the choices are ridiculous and 6 for a beer? this isn't Boston city limits. This hotel could offer a little more. the location and staff is great, but...

Had to switch rooms at 2:00AM, yes AM because the noise coming from the room next door was unbearable. Front desk staff had no ability to quiet them.
I'm not even sure they were loud, thin walls?
And, the Starbucks was closed in the morning?

This is a top notch CP property. I have stayed at the Courtyard and Crowne Plaza on prior trips to the Natick area and this is certainly then nicest property.
The staff is great, great location, up to date rooms. Just all around a great experience each time I stay here.
I will be back in the future and I highly recommend to others.
The only true thing I wish the hotel had that it doesn't is a lounge for Platinum Members, but that certainly isn't the end of the world. I did enjoy the K-cup machine on the executive floor and used it quite often!

The place is beautiful and inviting the minute you step through the doors. Very clean, very comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. I would recommend going there every time. We usually stay at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express due to the priority points value, this Crowne Plaza beats them all, and I do like the Holiday Inns.
The food offered in their restaurant is good and affordable, there is no need to leave and find a place to eat.
We will stay again.

There were six of us and we were tired, yet were greeted with a friendly smile and our check-in process was efficient. The room seemed to be updated and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location of property was good for our travel needs.

We booked the hotel through our corporate account. While there, we drove to Boston college to attend the Notre Dame / BC football game. Unfortunately our car was towed and we were stranded at 1am in the morning. As we were not familiar with the area we contacted the hotel for assistance with a taxi and advise on how to get back to the hotel. We were told by the hotel, " sorry we can't help you" and they disconnected the call. Couldn't believe the lack of concern ! Well we eventually found a cab an hour and a half later and arrived back at the hotel. As our car would be unavailable the next two days, we decided to take the train back home. We asked for assistance with the hotel shuttle and they informed us, the train station was 3 miles away and the shuttle was only for a 2 mile radius. And again we hear " sorry we can't help you". Again..UNREAL !. Good news is we eventually made it back home. Bad news is; the lack of caring on the part of the hotel staff, coupled with a non-working coffee maker, caused us to re-think any further stays with your hotel either for leisure or business.
