Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best beds around! We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The beds were the best of all the places we have stayed at. Nice decor and the staff were wonderful. Thanks for a great stay! December 14, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Probably the best beds in the world Staff are lovely and very helpful, the fact they remember you is a big plus and makes you feel at home. The hotel beds are exceptionally good and provide the best nights sleep, even when jet lagged. The only 'other' point is the bar, the Verve is a little 'different' but, judge for yourself. Overall a lovely place December 13, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by as always excellent service from the front desk and all other departments excellent place to stay,, aim to please in all departments. exceptional front desk people December 12, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Terrific This was my 4th year staying overnight to do my Christmas shopping at the Natick Mall - the shuttle back and forth is a wonderful service - I love your new Pantry restaurant - had room service for dinner and breakfast - a very relaxing way to shop during such a hectic time of year - I will most certainely be staying next year for my 5th visit. Thank you and your staff. December 7, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking Amenities Not having a pool at such a nice hotel is questionable. However, not having programs available such as the NFL network in the room is unacceptable. Even if it was available for a fee would be better than not at all. The restaurant/bar is extremely staff friendly, but the choices are ridiculous and 6 for a beer? this isn't Boston city limits. This hotel could offer a little more. the location and staff is great, but... December 6, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Experience We stayed here while attending a convention day in Natick and it was a delight! The front staff are to be commended and "Dave" in the kitchen was GREAT! Great food, great service, great location, great price. Thank you. December 3, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice bed and room, very noisy Had to switch rooms at 2:00AM, yes AM because the noise coming from the room next door was unbearable. Front desk staff had no ability to quiet them. I'm not even sure they were loud, thin walls? And, the Starbucks was closed in the morning? December 2, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Class Crowne Plaza This is a top notch CP property. I have stayed at the Courtyard and Crowne Plaza on prior trips to the Natick area and this is certainly then nicest property. The staff is great, great location, up to date rooms. Just all around a great experience each time I stay here. I will be back in the future and I highly recommend to others. The only true thing I wish the hotel had that it doesn't is a lounge for Platinum Members, but that certainly isn't the end of the world. I did enjoy the K-cup machine on the executive floor and used it quite often! December 1, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Overall The place is beautiful and inviting the minute you step through the doors. Very clean, very comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. I would recommend going there every time. We usually stay at a Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express due to the priority points value, this Crowne Plaza beats them all, and I do like the Holiday Inns. The food offered in their restaurant is good and affordable, there is no need to leave and find a place to eat. Great Job! We will stay again. November 28, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Check-in, friendly welcome. There were six of us and we were tired, yet were greeted with a friendly smile and our check-in process was efficient. The room seemed to be updated and was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Location of property was good for our travel needs. November 26, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Customer care lacking We booked the hotel through our corporate account. While there, we drove to Boston college to attend the Notre Dame / BC football game. Unfortunately our car was towed and we were stranded at 1am in the morning. As we were not familiar with the area we contacted the hotel for assistance with a taxi and advise on how to get back to the hotel. We were told by the hotel, " sorry we can't help you" and they disconnected the call. Couldn't believe the lack of concern ! Well we eventually found a cab an hour and a half later and arrived back at the hotel. As our car would be unavailable the next two days, we decided to take the train back home. We asked for assistance with the hotel shuttle and they informed us, the train station was 3 miles away and the shuttle was only for a 2 mile radius. And again we hear " sorry we can't help you". Again..UNREAL !. Good news is we eventually made it back home. Bad news is; the lack of caring on the part of the hotel staff, coupled with a non-working coffee maker, caused us to re-think any further stays with your hotel either for leisure or business. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by American Girl celebration We loved our stay at the Crowne Plaza, Natick MA. We chose the American Girl Doll package. The doll bed was waiting for us and the milk and cookies was a nice touch. The hotel decor was amazing. Overall we had a great time. November 15, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great option for a Boston trip This is one of my favorite hotels. I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this property frequently since 2005. It’s walking distance to some great restaurants and it also has excellent in-house options, if you decide to not venture out. The front desk staff is exceptionally good at acknowledging you and sometimes this is the only friendly face you see all day. I want to commend the front desk because they seem to understand, as trivial as it may sound, that friendly smile in the morning can really lift the spirit of the weary traveler. I’ve known this hotel since 2005 and the recent renovations, while subtle, make this property a very up to date and warm destination. The upgrades to the rooms are very tasteful, to the point that I prefer working in the hotel than working in my home office. The management team has done a great job in both assembling and training a great team and I look forward to every trip to the Natick Crowne Plaza. October 31, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience the hotel was beautifully redecorated, comfortable and overall a great value. October 30, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Grossly Overpriced - Not Soldier Friendly I will put this in bullet comments for ease of read: 1) The National Flag that they have on display in front of the hotel hangs at the same height as their hotel flag. I am a Soldier, I addressed this specific concern to staff in August 2012, and it has yet to be corrected. Our Colors never fly below another flag when displayed within the United States. They set above all other flags that it is on display with. Drive around and notice that the other hotels in the area are displaying our National Colors correctly. 2) The hotel caters to priority club members only. For example, they stay exclusively on the fourth floor where no other card can access that floor. Therefore, if you have a friend on that floor, you cannot directly access the floor with your room card/key. They have to provide you access to the floor with their card only. 3) Priority club members get a complimentary breakfast where military members do not. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in that did not offer a complimentary breakfast to personnel in uniform. To boot, their prices are off the hook! I had to pay $15.00 for a bowl of yogurt with granola and fruit. Oh, a bowl of oatmeal was an additional $2.00 charge. 4) If you are a coffee drinker, the fourth floor is the only floor with a complementary Kuerig coffee pot. I have stayed in many hotels and all of them usually have complementary coffee pot in the hotels common area. Nope, not this one, it is only for the fourth floor. They do however have a Starbucks conveniently located next to the check in counter. 5) The bar/lounge... Good quiet atmosphere with beers outrageously priced at $6.00 each for domestic. If you want a real surprise, go in there on a Tuesday evening between 8 p.m. and midnight and just see if you notice anything different floating about the place. October 29, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Consistantly great service and the little things I was in Natick for some training (which was also helded at the hotel). I was so pleased with the kindness of staff and the above and beyond attitude they had. Staff were friendly and visited with me during my stay. I always recived a big smile and greeting when I saw any staff member. They were able to ask questions and were happy to help. I also enjoyed the little things that were avaliable. Such as the clip to keep the blinds completely shut in the room. The fact that the fan can run all night even if the heat or a/c are not on. That the housekeeping staff made roses on top of my toilet paper. It really is the little things and the cusomer service that will have me using Crowne Plaza again. Also the hotel was fun and decorated in interesting, fun way. October 24, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful Experience, Don't stay Here! Everything was awful from the moment we checked in. The food at restaurant was not good and overpriced. There was a high school reunion going on all night which was loud and disruptive. There was an incorrect movie charge on our bill. Also we were overcharged for our room service breakfast in the morning. Never staying here again!!! October 19, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bring Back the Pear Potstickers I really enjoyed the appetizers at the Bar Area. Even though I feel like I'm walking into a strip joint, my co-workers and I would go out of our way to have appetizers. But then you changed the menu back to boring old bar food. Thumbs down. Bring back the Pear Potstickers and maybe class up the bar a little. Most of the people I know stay there for professional reasons and its awkward walking into a place that feels unprofessional and risque. Also, for the Plantinum floor, hot chocoloate or tea for those who do not drink coffee such as myself would be nice. Thanks. October 11, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean room & bathroom is important to us! Sleeping away from home can be stressful but having an extra clean room, bed and bathroom makes it a bit easier. Thanks for that consideration. October 7, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Modern and comfortable Hotel Loved our stay here for some shopping at the nearby mall. We checked in early and were made very welcome. Very modern hotel with easy access and very clean and bright rooms. Would def stay here again. October 5, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed This was my first experience with Crowne Plaza and I would say the experience was even worse than most of my Holiday Inn experience, no wonder this one was on point break list in the beginning of 2012. No upgrade for platinum member and the only thing the hotel gave me was a bottle of water. I requested my tooth paste twice, not an even call back nor the actual delivery. Room and exterior was very old and messy. The only upside was the room rate was around $110 which brought it close to HIX level. I will never visit this property again. October 2, 2012
