Housekeeping should do a better job cleaning rooms. Every time I have stayed here there has been hair in different places in the bathroom. I have called the front desk and they have been so sorry and have given me a new room , etc. Also the AC filters are never cleaned. I'm always cleaning them myself. Totally gross.

Enjoyed this hotel!

We loved the creative decor of this hotel! The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and a perfect temperature for sleeping. Our room rate included breakfast, which was excellent, served buffet-style in the "Pantry" restaurant.

Nice furnishings but service and amenities need work

I think the owners have done a great job trying to make this property updated and more comfortable. This is a hotel that does a good job serving the local corporate HQs. To better do that, here are my suggestions:

1) Please, please PLEASE expand and improve the fitness room. More space, equipment - there has been a missing 10 lb dumbbell since I first started staying there in April - where is it!

2) Restaurant service for breakfast is so slow it hurts.

3) Please restock the water in the rooms or provide a mechanism to buy this.
