I have used this Hotel now several times. It is close to Pitampura and the new Metro is running close by with a station just 3 minutes walk away. Airport 30 - 40 minutes away.
The price of the rooms are quite attractive. Although the hotel is quite big, it was always very nice that the staff remebered me from the last stay. Especially the guys from the conexxions bar were very friendly. The only thing which can disturb your stay, is the very loud music being played during the wedding season. The Hotel seems to be a favorite spot for exlusive wedding partys. But around midnight these partys are over. I have booked my next stay for April already.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night . Nice hotel in the suburb of the city . The lady at the reception counter escorted me to the room and explained all the features . the elevators had a key access which provides a lot of security .
The room was nice and clean and had a good night sleep .
The restaurant staff was helpful and the breakfast was good .
Overall a great experience

Check-In was delayed, even after confirmation by tele.
Many Front Office staff does not wish the guests, gives a very bad look which makes us uncomfortable.

From my first visit at this Crowne Plaza, My experience was amazing but this time on this second visit to the same hotel was a very bad experience. My rooms were not ready and it took 2 Hours for me to check in, however as a GOLD Members I was supposed to enjoy a higher level of benefits and privileges.
A leisure trip got converted into a nightmare
Also breakfast was not fresh..... what else can go bad on a leisure night stay!!!
On top of it, Told there manager that I don't want to get disturbed and want a comfortable and nice sleep...... I was disturbed only 4 times in 3 Hours.

Nothing much to say. A very money oriented staff. After staying for a week, still have to request for few extra 500 CC water and in return was told back that only 4 bottle allowed. This was said regardless of room was not cleaned for whole day.
Lastly, just for 500RS, which was not paid as in was not included in final payment. I was called back on my way to airport. Inspite of I being late to airport was held for 15min. A friendly call and request to pay the meager 500 RS could have waited to be cleared later. A final checkout shouldn't take 35min , when I as guest have personally went down to tell my time of checkout and my flight time.
Crowne Plaza Rohini was a total disappointment.

If you like to explore Subway system, this hotel is 100m away from metro redline terminal. Metro is cheap, safe and easy access to most of sightseeing tourist sites. The daily pass of Metro is 150 Rupees. However, if you decide to take taxi from hotel, it might take a while to reach your destination. THe driver is very polite and professional. Hotel is charging INR2500 for 80km and 8hours, then INR25/km for extral kms, we ended up spent almost 5000 INR for a day on taxi.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this brand new high rising hotel.
