The service I received at the Crowne Plaza during my recent stay was excellent. As a female travelling alone I was anxious to feel safe and I certainly felt that. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in, the room and hotel are well maintained and clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous without being overbearing.
My only comment would be that I found the restaurant prices a little expensive however the food was very, very good.

Rude Staff

Staff at check-in counter was extremely rude, very unprofessional.

We had issues with access card throughout our stay. And, the staff didn't even have the patience to understand the problem, set aside resolving it.
Rooms : Clean and Comfortable
Room service : Excellent
Breakfast : Good

Not sure if I am gonna come back here.
