Great Customer Service

I had a bad experience with my previous stay here and had a few emails exchanged with the general manager. After contemplating a few times, I decided to stay here again and was pleasantly surprised how everything was taken care of. They had knowledge into the issues I faced previously and ensured that it did not repeat.

I would definitely come back to the hotel for this kind of a personalized service.

Good Facility but required improvements

1) Front office staff should be Trained for welcoming to Gust up to the room.
2) Provide all Indian and International channels available in most of 4-5 star hotels
3) Provide free Internet access to Guest which available free in Airports and Parks.

Stay was OK but

Stay was OK but hair dryer had made a big noise. I asked to repair or replace it, but they could not. And I asked laundry in the morning but the laundry bag still was there in the evening.
Room facility, comfort and cleanliness were OK but above service was disappointing for me.
