friendly staff, but exterior very dirty due to location on boubon street. Inside very clean

Great for Madri Gras

Stayed in the historic wing of the hotel. Was great nice and quite even at Mardi Gras. Nice to sleep in after partying. AAA+++ see you in 2016. I hope to stay in the same part of the hotel. All staff was great. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel is in a great location and is a very nice building. The Staff was generally not helpful from Valet to room service. DO NOT charge restaurant bills to your room as they tack on a service fee and more taxes for this feature.

Very small room. Premium price, and no breakfast included. I would think that a continental breakfast should be included. A room that small should not be offered with two beds in it.
