Staff could be a little more friendly

The staff was efficient but not a single smile, so they did not make me feel as welcome as other hotels, while one does not expect a fake smile or even like that type of smile a sincere smile makes one feel welcome.

Staff was friendly. The sheets on the bed seemed to be stained. The fitness center was poor and the value of the room was not there. The value could have been increased with a continental breakfast or at least coffee.

My room was clean and attractively furnished. The bathroom was lovely. The TV was large enough to watch from the bed. I slept like a baby!
