When we arrived we were given the wrong room type. A very poor room, even though we had booked a superior room. Johnathan and Ali were very nice and helped us to move to the right room, which was still not we had expected. On going to reception to convey my disappointment I was told that " That it was booked as a rewards night anyway" I wasn't aware that using my loyalty points meant that we were down graded. The club room was much better this time and a glass of wine was enjoyed in the very pleasant club room. We had a knock on the door at 8am, which was house keeping wanting to clean the room. Breakfast was first class, the chef very helpful.

disgusting not a child friendly hotel in any was i was shocked that we werent allowed to use the pool as it was adults only when i had previously called up to check this before booking ! fantastic breakfast though !

Functional and efficient with great staff and facilities

I have nothing but Praise for this hotel with its efficient and friendly staff, good gym, fitness, pool and spa facilities. Decent enough restaurant and bar facilities with lots of exterior dining and entertainment alternatives very, very close by. Attached car parking with direct access to the hotel. My room was spacious clean and quiet with ample storage and expected facilities including the all important kettle, tea, coffee and biccies. My only observation is that in my opinion it could benefit from a couple more power points and perhaps a European adapter or two, but other than that it's perfectly fine. Good free internet service too. All in all a well appointed clean and modern central Nottingham hotel.
