I stay frequently at this hotel for business trips. I have always received a warm welcome. The food is well prepared, beds are comfortable, only downside is the AirCon being a little loud.

I was sadly ill during my last stay (nothing to do with the hotel) but the care and understanding of the staff I dealt with made being away from home and ill bearable

expect better from Crowne Plaza

The room service breakfast was not the quality I expect from Crowne Plaza, and the pricing was not clear on the door card (it is the sum of two charges !). The in room internet was terrible, worse I have experienced. The hotel is clean and the reception areas are attractive and well maintained, other areas such as corridors and rooms are getting tired and in need of a make-over.
