Great service and clean property

I stayed here for one night and I couldn't believe how nice and helpful the staff were - from the front desk to housekeeping, even a maintenance man I met named Bryce. The property looks a little dated but I can see them going through updates and modernizing the amenities.

I don't travel too much, but every time I'm in Novi I'll fore sure return to this hotel.

Terrible night

For starters the room we got was a mess, not cleaned after the last person used it. When we brought it to the staff's attention we were moved to another room which we were told would be nicer and if we wanted he would get us free drinks later (we were traveling on new years). It was not, it was missing the mini fridge and had not been vacuumed. The package was supposed to include a discount on the meal (25%) and that did not happen. Overall a very disappointing visit. Would never stay at this hotel before. We have stayed at the Lansing Michigan Crowne plaza and it is drastically different. The staff and management at that hotel have their stuff together. This one? Not at all.

This hotel is very friendly, quiet, and safe. I really enjoyed my stay even though it was just one night. The aromatherapy packages in the room were a nice touch. It was great to be able to meet with friends in the bar.

SHAVING AND TOOTH BRUSH ACCESSORIES ALONG WITH BATHROBE,SLIPPERS,MINERAL WATER
ETC SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE IN EACH ROOM

DISHES LEFT NEAR DOOR WAS NOT TAKEN FOR 36 HOURS.
