Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by About as good as it gets in Nuevo Laredo Overall, my stay was good. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The only real issue I have is the A/C could have worked better. It barely circulated the air, causing it to not be able to keep the room cool during the daytime. And the only other issue was the fact that the window in the room had been written on. Just makes the room look trashy. I will definitely stay there again next time I am in Nuevo Laredo. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Privacidad (Seguridad) Al realizar el check inn me solicitaron copia de identificación de la empresa donde trabajo y le sacaron copia, les manifeste no me parece la forma de proceder del hotel ya que desde mi punto de vista va en contra de la privacidad y seguridad de la persona, solo me comentaron es parte de la politica de auditoria que manejan y sigo sin estar de acuerdo que por cumplir con una politica de auditoria el cliente se quede con la inquietud de inseguridad. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excelente estancia mi estancia en el hotel fue excelente el gimnasio esta muy completo solo le falta algunas barras con discos, en el restarurante solo le falta mas vaiedad en los platillosno tuve oportunidad de usar la alberca debido a que le habian puesto un quimico para su limpieza y comprendo eso. todo lo demas esta excelente. saludos cordiales July 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mala atención en el restaurante Las personas que te atienden desde que llegas es pésimo inician con una pregunta agresiva sobre sí traes cupón de desayuno antes de dejarte pasar y sino tienes que ir inmediatamente a pagar sino no te dejan pasar. Hasta qué no le insistí a la señorita que iba a ser cargo a habitación me dejo pasar. Posteriormente al acercarme como lo hago en todos los hoteles a solicitar unos huevos al gusto la persona primero se me queda viendo sin decirme nada y posteriormente me comenta que no los puedo pedir ahí tiene que ser forzosamente con mi mesero. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old Hotel and Really bad and expensive food The hotel facilities are really poor and old for the amount to pay per night, the water on my room was cold and the AC doesn´t seem to be doing anything else but noice, the cable on the tv is really poor and some channels are freeze. At the moment sheets are replaced every day, unless customer specifically puts a card on the bed to instruct cleaning staff not to change. I would suggest you change the system whereas sheets will not be changed unless customer requests it by placing card on bed. A small change of wording on the card = a big impact on the ecology and your bottom line. September 2, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gemischte Gefühle Hallo! Großes Plus: die Zimmer (zumindest meins) wurden hervorragend sauber gehalten und waren einwandfrei. Die Möblierung ist ehr etwas düster / altbacken (ist in anderen Hotels in Mexiko aber auch). Klimaanlage ist leise. SUPER! Dafür bringt sie die Luftfeuchte aber nicht aus dem Zimmer. Gegenüber den Betten in Amerikanischen Hotels mit *** kann die Matratze aber nicht mithalten. Und leider fehlt ein Kühlschrank als Standard-Einrichtung. Man bekommt auf Anfrage einen, falls einer aus dem vorhandenen Fundus frei wird. War bei mir nach 10 Tagen. Generell ist das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings im Restaurant sind es entweder zu wenig oder zu viel oder gar kein Angestellter, der sich zuständig fühlt. Je nach Uhrzeit und Belegung des Restaurants. Das ist aber Tagesverfassung...... Minus: das Restaurant. Es gibt keinen Stuhl, der nicht aussieht wie aus dem Sperrmüll (verdreckt) und das Ambiente ist Typ Bahnhofshalle. Essen geht so, Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr mexikanisch ( 12 warme Gerichte zwischen scharf, geschmacklos oder trocken) und nicht das, was ein Europäer möchte. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 8 Wochen hängt einem das Frühstück spätestens nach 3 Wochen aus dem Hals raus. Beispiel: 1 Sorte Marmelade (Erdbeere), die Herdplatte für die Thekenzubereitung ist viel zu heiß, somit entweder Eier trocken oder mit Kruste aber nicht durch. Gebäckangebot ist mind. 2 Tage alt und man bekommt für das gleiche Frühstück einmal 55, 85, 95 oder 110 Pesos berechnet. Im Schnitt ist es dann egal. Und außer feuchtem Toast (nach mehreren Tagen endlich eine Einstellung im Durchlauftoaster gefunden, die einen halbwegs normalen Tost erzeugt) gibt es halt kein Brot. Natürlich gibt es Tortilla. The shower did not have enough pressure. I booked a double room for two adults and two small children. No special treatment to Priority Club Gold Member whatsoever, not even a newspaper!
