Excellent Room Renovations and Layout

October 28, 2014

I was upgraded to a suite, which had granite countertops, tile floor, separate shower from bath tub, kitchenette and accurate digital thermostat. Great room accommodations for this level of hotel. It had a completely separate living room from bedroom, along with comfortable desk and chair for business and a full sectional for entertaining guests.

Comfortable, Relaxing, Clean

October 27, 2014

I have stayed at this location 3 different nights. Customer Service is excellent. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean. Location is easy to spot, but the first time is a little confusing. Food is great. Pool is lovely.

Comfortable room, but issues

October 27, 2014

I have stayed at this property numerous times. Being a sound sleeper the interstate noise and occasional train horn doesn't bother me. I feel the self parking ($15# is very expensive seeing how it's 25 feet from the entrance. The real problem was at breakfast. I did not want a very basic buffet for $16.00. I ordered off the menu, eggs benedict, my favorite. I was looked at a little odd when I ordered, my first hint. A few minutes later the waitress comes over and says "it will take awhile for your order, maybe 20 minutes." I said that's fine, I'll read the paper. About 15 minutes later the person who says he's the cook came out and said I am so sorry we can't make your order we don't have any eggs???? I thought I was on Candid Camera. He politely said I could have anything else, everything required eggs?? He said I could have the buffet. He also offered free lunch, which was not of interest as I would be out on business. Less than one minute later I hear the waitress tell another customer her "egg over lightly will be right out". She must have got the last egg.
