Unfortunately I only had one night in Perth but was upgraded to Spa Room due to Platinum membership.
Staff were excellent at reception. Check in was quick and we were in our room in a few minutes.
Rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable. Would stay there again when I visit Perth, hopefully longer next time.

It was so frustrating when you find in your statement that your stay of 28 nights was Non-Qualifying. I'll never stay in this hotel for upcoming stays of my future travel of several months in Perth.

A pleasant stay which thank to my vouchers we coud afford . Beautiful location and it didn't hurt that a football team trained underneath my balcony! Staff are excellent and food very good though too pricey. Slight problem with cleanliness in room which was disappointing. However we will be back.

The staff were very friendly and helped with everything required. The hotel room was very clean ,a bit small but the view from the Premium River Room is exceptionally beautiful. Watched the dolphins in the Swan River playing first thing in the morning. What a beautiful clean city Perth is

Great location close to the city and for early walk along Swan River. Room was comfortable, and nice peaceful atmoshere.

My stay was most enjoyable, the room was great, very comfortable beds, television excellent, bathroom facilities first class. The meals were excellent and the staff sevice first class, very friendly people. Reception and conciege were extremely helpful and very friendly, nobody was rude or intimidationg. All in all a great three day stay. I'd recommend you to anybody. In fact my wife and a friend will be staying with you again this July and I will definitely be staying with you in the future.

I was blown away by how helpful and how very nice the staff were, from the moment that we walked thru the doors, smiles greeted us.
The room was lovely, but for me the experience of the very friendly staff have won me over to make sure that i stay there again.
