I was very impressed with Jack, your bellman. He went out of his way with helping our group arrange for transportion from our offsite meeting location back to the airport. He was attention to details and each of our needs sent the message that we were truly guests and in capable hands.

Another Amazing Stay

Stayed at the Philly West for business once again and they delivered once again! Was there for just a night but everything from start to end was easy and seamless.

Uncooperative Staff

I checked in on November 30th 2014 and starting on Monday and continuing till Saturday December 6th 2014 the alarm in the next room went off at 4:50 am and would stay on for over an hour. I reported this to the staff and they said they would take care of it. Hmmm 6 days of the alarm going off and finally they said they talked to the person and they would turn down the alarm how about turning it off. Also when I checked out early the staff member did not offer me a receipt and did not ask why or attempt to help. If you like uncooperative staff then stay here, if not then go anywhere else. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. I was suppose to stay for 24 days and probably 20 more in January and February they lost my business.

Dear Guest, I would like to apologize for the disturbance that you had when you were with us. As soon as we were aware of the situation you had with the alarm next door our managment team immediately contacted the offending party and asked for their assistance in resolving the issue. Our hotel team is available 24 hours a day, and as we shared when you were with us we would have been more than happy, if notified that the alarm was going off, to go to the room and address it with the other guest immediately. When we last contacted you regarding the situation you assured us that it had been resolved. As we did not receive further feedback from you we assummed that the alarm was no longer a disturbance. We understand our guests' need for rest and know how disturbing an alarm persistently ringning can be. As many of our guests check out earlier than expected we do not make it a practice to enquire as to the reason. It is our job at check out, though, to ensure that our guests have had an enjoyable stay, and I will certainly be following up with the individual who checked you out as this did not occur as it should have. I would like to assure you that our team truly cares about our guest's comfort and experience and is always willing to do whatever needs to be done to ensure that comfort. We sincerely appreciated having you with us. I understand that you are not interested in staying with us again, but should you choose to return we would like to assure you that your stay will be quiet and our team ready to assist.
