Our car was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport. The end of our trip was a pleasant and positive as the start.Will definitely stay here again. September 15, 2014

This hotel was very clean, very comfortable, and attractive from the check in to the room we stayed in. The staff were wonderful and we had a very peaceful night sleep. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed emotions I really enjoyed the aromatherapy I was given during my stay. I think some of the elements this hotel is working against are outside of it's control (i.e. the location is unsafe at night). There is a parking lot just outside my window. So anyone that wanted to peer in could look in and I did not want to look out. The alarm clock was blaringly bright so much so that it interfered with my sleep. And I appreciate housekeeping but they came so early I had to often run around and drink my coffee in the lobby so as not to disturb them and one day they opened the door without warning and I was changing. Most notable was that there was a guest there harassing me, that I found disruptive. September 3, 2014

Leaving our auto at the hotel the night before we left and spent another night when we had a late night return and is the only way to go. This was not our first excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza and it's more than a great value! We like 4-5 Star hotels and this was more than acceptable. September 2, 2014
