Comfortable and great service

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza and wish I had the opportunity to stay there the entire week instead of just one night. Parking was a little confusing, but everything inside the hotel was top notch, from the front desk staff to the amenities in the room. If you need a good night's sleep before heading to the Phoenix airport, I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a very good Hotel

Stay for business and had everything I needed and more. Actually less ....no Valet fee, No Wifi Fee. Let me have a 2:00PM Late check out when I needed it. Great Bar and Food. A/C a little noisy and the elevators a bit slow. Nothing to deter me from not coming back. For business just a very nice place to stay. Also fitness area very efficient and the pool, although I did not use looked very inviting.

Everything great except restaurant

I am 76 and travelled and worked internationally for many years including multiple countries in the middle east. The hotel restaurant experience here is clearly the poorest I have ever had in my entire life. As I entered, there was no one to greet me. I was told by hotel staff seated at at table in the restaurant to go ahead and seat myself which I did. I was ignored for 15 minutes and finally handled a menu at which time I asked for for a glass of water in what can best be described as a glass coated in dust. i think there were less than ten tables occupied. I struck up a conversation with a couple at the next table who were waiting an incredibly long time for their meal which when delivered was the wrong meal for one of them. They kept the wrong meal because they were hungry. They then told me this lousy service was nothing compared to what they experienced the night before. Finally my order was taken about 30 minutes after I arrived but still no water or offer of coffee. The meal itself was fine. I must add that breakfast and service the next day was fine. Hopefully, this was a rare situation. If I owned the hotel I would be embarrassed and concerned. By the way, one member of wait staff was excellent and the other seemed sullen.
