Front desk staff were rude, room was dirty, blow dryer didn't work, nothing about this hotel is good. Will never stay here again.

I was in Phoenix for a baseball tournament Oct 23-27, 2013. I travel all over for tournaments and have stayed at many different hotels. My experience at the Crowne Plaza was exceptional. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, eager to help and always available. The food at the restaurant was good and well within a travelers budget. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Phoenix for business or pleasure.

No refridgerator..and there is plenty of room for one in 259. When I am done for the day..I drink cocktails..So..I have to import ice to the sink or trash pale to make a chiller on the spot.since there is no fridge. Otherwise....BAM!! My son and I got a HUGE restful night after watching the Seahawks whoop up on the Cardinals.. We didn't hit the pools this time..but they sure looked inviting. Especial cudos to the wait staff at the morning continental.. Swift, Courteous and Genuinely pleasant. My son and I both remarked we would stay here again! Michael
PS: I am not a IHG member yet..but would sure like to be.

Everything was wonderful except for the food. The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive to questions and a few minor problems. We had a large group there for my daughter's wedding and filled the bar for several evenings. The bartender, Marcy, was great. Our only complaint was with the food - it was mediocre at best.

This is a beautiful, clean property. The staff is very helpful. Bed is comfortable and breakfast was very good. I don't have any negative comments. Nice to have free parking and short walk from lot to the hotel. Close to lots of restaurants within a few miles. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

As my wife and I pulled up to the hotel we thought what a nice looking place. That was the very last positive thought we had during our stay. I asked the front desk clerk for one of the best rooms they had in the hotel. It was the first vacation my wife and I have had in over four years. As we entered the elevator I noticed how beat up and stained the inside was. No big deal. The hallway leading to our room had dishes from room service outside in the hallway which again didn't strike me as odd as maybe it was from lunch. Those same dishes stayed in the hallway until the following night. Hotel was nearly empty mind you. The hallway looked like it hadn't had any updates in several years. Outside of our room was the refrigerator that belonged in our room. The room itself was nothing special and in fact it was rather plain. It had a peculiar smell. There were the normal stains and dents. Not at all the nice room I had envisioned from what the clerk had told me. I had to call and ask for a refrigerator to be put in our room. Yes you guessed it. The very same broken one that was in the hallway was put back in our room. I have held my hotel points fro a long time so that my wife and I could have a nice enjoyable stay. What a huge let down this property turned out to be. Staff didn't really seemed concerned with any of these issues. As I said the hotel was empty and since I was using points their attitude seemed to be as if they were saying "so what?"
I have family in the area but will find another place to stay next time we go to visit them. As a Platinum Member with your program and others I was very disappointed with the property and the staff who were working during my stay. I travel internationally frequently for work and stay at various hotels. This one will stick out in my memory as one of the worst.

Was able to take classesthatineed for RED CROSS. Very comfortable surroundings. . Was able to meet other people from other areas & get more input on different trainings the Red Cross has to offer.
