We recently spent 2 spells of 5 days each at the Hotel.
Some really friendly and efficient staff helped make it an enjoyable experience -especially Venetia (correct spelling?) at the front desk, Joshten and also Maria in the Breakfast Room.

I have stayed in several Crowne Plaza properties around the country for various conferences, and this one was without a doubt the best staff I've ever experienced. Most helpful and courteous, going out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed.

Over all I have no complaints. The only issue was when we ordered lunch about an hour before our conference was to start, we never received our order. As we were leaving the area we were told it was ready. I let the server know we had to go and then was told it could be put in a to go box. That would have been fine but we also did not have time to eat it.
I know things like this happen as it was very busy. I just thought I should pass it on.
This was not the servers problem, the order just probably got pushed aside for what ever reason.
I also would like to say what a gentleman Josh was. We used the shuttle several times and he is such a pleasant young man. We let him make the decision for us one night as to where to eat and the choice was an excellent one. You have a jewel in Josh. I hope you let him know his service, kindness and patience was very much appreciated.

Loved the room, bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Not so crazy about the location of the restrooms on the ground floor. It would have been helpful to have more than one nearer the lobby.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The public areas are a little bare, it looks like it may be in mid remodel. It needs plants and items in the hallways. I will stay there again, Restaurants and shopping are very close and it is just off I-17. The bed was very comfortable.

When I checked in this Hotel on March 15th I was not sure I was staying another night or not. I later decided that I was staying so I went on line and made an additional reservation. The next morning I called down to the front desk and ask since I was staying another night could I just stay in the same room and could they send someone up to unstop the toilet.
The person I talk to said I would have to move to another room but it wasn't ready. Then they found another room that was ready but it was farther away. I told my wife to go down and see what she could figure out since the room was in her name.
When she came back it was decided that we could stay in the same room and a maintenance man came with her to unstop the toilet.
The first night there was noise from the outside pool but it stop at 10 PM.
The place was clean and the free parking was close to front door.

We went for the weekend with the kids, it's close to everything the staff was very nice, our room was great, the kids just loved the two pool. Were a little leary with the previous bad reviews but we saw none of those things folks were complaining about.

This was a beautiful facility with two pools and two hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor). Noise did transfer from room to room but it wasn't bad in my room. I had a small problem when I left for a meeting intending to come back to pack up, and the maid began cleaning the room although I was checking out and hadn't checked out yet (it was before check-out time). However the manager handled it so well! I haven't received this kind of concern and consideration since staying at the Hotel Bora Bora (one of the top 3 destinations in the world at the time). This kind of customer service is almost unheard of in our current times. I congratulate the manager and Crowne Plaza for putting customer service at the top and making every attempt to "make things right".
