My extended stay room was very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. It was nice and quiet - I did not hear other guests, water running (Pipes, toilets, etc) that have been an annoyance at other places I stayed at. I had instant hot water at all times. Lisa, the manager (small blond lady with short hair) bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and followed up regarding the room that was assigned to me. Marlene in housekeeping also made my stay a pleasant one making sure I had supplies. Both of these women were very friendly and professional. I thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward to booking with you again! Thank you

Long Cold Night

Grew up in the shadow of this hotel and have stayed their a couple times when I came back to town. This time hotel was not up to par with other hotels. Room was not clean and prepared when I arrived. Heater did not work correctly and the room was so cold I had to sleep in a hooded sheatshirt. Light was coming in thru windows even with curtains closed. Hotel staff was not helpful. Would stay in Greentree next time instead of this hotel.

Great bed and awesome pillows.

I really loved the pillows. Bathroom was a little outdated but the overall room was fine. Had to crank the heater up to 80 to maintain a comfortable room temperature. Thermostat seemed a little off, but it wasn't a big deal. I enjoyed the restaurant at dinner. Rushed through the breakfast buffet, but next time I would probably order off the menu.
