all is great execpt for ice cubes needs to try be on every other floor...

instead of bottom of the hotel

Overall the hotel was nice. The breakfast was excellent and the bar was pretty good as far as hotel bards go. The hotel appears to be well maintained but it needs some updating to be on par with other Crowne Plaza hotels.

Great Stay Except Extreme Noises at 7:30 am

Great stay and all was well until 7:30 am when the Maintenance Crew must have been told to take down the 20 or 30 tables in the pool area from the XMAS Party the night before. Our room was in the pool area and it was a noisy echo chamber with people flipping tables over and slamming the folding legs to the closed position. Took them 30 minutes. They could have started this task at Check Out time at 11:00 am?
