Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel but no tub! This hotel is a great value. When we arrived, we were so pleased with the amenities that we decided next year we want to come a day early just to enjoy the pool, tennis court, jogging trail, and gym. However, not all the rooms have bathtubs, which would have been an issue for us with young children and a newborn, except that one of the three rooms happened to have a bathtub. I would hesitate in booking here without calling ahead to ensure I was guaranteed a room with a bathtub, and I think the front desk staff should be conscious of this when checking in guests with small children, since it's not common for a hotel room to only have a shower. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. July 24, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value Hotel was chosen because of the cost. Relatively good value for the stay. The room was good but the air conditioning was poor. It was always too cold or too warm. The thermostat was not in good working order. The rug in the room had hair in it. I don't think that it was vacuumed but maybe twice when we were there. The sheets were not changed but maybe 2-3 times (we stayed for eight nights). Every night there was music playing all night long in the entrance way to the hotel. We were on the fourth floor and always heard it. We did not even eat in the restaurant of the hotel. The prices were exorbitant; $14.00 for an omelette for breakfast, ridiculous. There were no restaurants close by so these prices are taking advantage of that. We travelled about 15 minutes every day to get to a diner to eat. A few times we were not given towels and soap that we needed in the bathroom. We called down and had them delivered maybe 3 hours later or not at all. We even had to call 2 times to get them to be delivered. July 24, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service The room had something wrong everyday of the seven day stay.we ate at the restaurant one night and ordered two hamburgers, each cost $16, and both were cooked wrong. They were returned and came back wrong again. When our room situation was communicated with the hotel staff it was not corrected the next day and the excuse was that they were very busy - poor customer service. I would not stay at this hotel if they paid me to stay! The list goes on and on and on.... July 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's a really nice hotel!!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! It was quiet and very relaxing. We drove from new rochelle to here and then to travel to sesame place the following day. The pool was nice but the temperature of the pool room was a little cool it should have been just a tad warmer. My kids loved the pool and wanted to stay inside the pool the whole day. ThIs hotel looks very nice and clean which is what I liked about it so much. The bed sheets were clean and everything was new. The lobby is very wide and it gives you a comfortable feeling to stay and read a book or the newspaper. Go ahead and reserve a room and take my word for it because I can be quite picky when it comes to hotels!! I have been to different hotels and this so far has been the nicest!!! Lastly, the reason why i put 4 out of 5 starts for sleep quality was because the a/c made a humming noise that bothered me slightly everytime it turned on but I was so tired that I just went right to sleep.
