Wheneve I come here I get executive room which is excellent, peaceful and clean. Internet is fast enough to finish my work.

Sleep therapy kit helped me a lot on stressful day.

My stay

A) Extremelly poor internet service in my room
B) 2 out of 4 of the running machines in the gym were not working properly.
C) On Friday the breakfast was not ready on time

Rest was OK!

Next time I will avoid this hotel, I have been in many hotels from this IHG group, but this hotel is not up to the standards.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We did have an issue with one of our internet switches last week, and had our IT support team replace it within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this was an unforeseen issue and we understand how frustrating it can be not having Wi-Fi. I am not certain why two of the four treadmills weren’t working, however, I will check with our engineering department to look into it since they are all brand new and are currently working. As for the breakfast, I am sorry about the delay in opening the buffet, and I understand we were offering breakfast off the menu earlier in the morning. I am sorry for your experience and I assure that our hotel is much better than we demonstrated during your stay as you might have seen from other guest reviews. Good value

Good overall experience in hotel and conference center. Restaurant experience was poor. Understaffed and not able to handle a moderate crowd.
