Hospitality was great, Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room is excellent and very clean. Everything that I needed in the room is provided. Meals and the service given by the staff is all excellent. I felt secured by the Security service provided. And lastly I would prefer staying in your Hotel than any other Hotels.

Great friendly comfortable place to stay.
Plenty of other people to meet at the bar.
Foods great.
note: The top floor (L9) hasn't got much hot water pressure, all other floors are ok.

Overall A good stay

Overall good stay.
A Mouse issue was dealt with very well.

The beds are very soft with large over stuffed pillows.
This makes for an unsupported sleep.

Main criticism is that the lower level rooms need upgrading as they are a little tired.
