Several of the hotel staff made a point of calling me by my name once they heard it once. It made me feel very welcome and special. They constantly were asking if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza hotel in Queretaro, Queretaro, Mexico

Comfortable bed and great service.

I stayed in this hotel since it just opened to the public, in fact I even stayed next door in the Holiday Inn and watched it being built.
I build over the years a very good relationship with some of the staff and it gives me a welcome feeling everytime.
The rooms are always clean, the only regret is that the quality of the food served at lunch or dinner is to be desired and the menu has not changed in a long time.
