I arrived late in the evening since my arrival flight was also delayed and yet the front desk staff is very accommodating. She even upgraded me to a suite nonsmoking room which made my night rather complete.

When I arrived at the hotel around 9pm and was waiting in the queue to be checked in, I saw there's a table with a sign of " IHG Rewards Club" but there were no one sitting there. The hotel gym and pool is actual in the holiday inn hotel just next door. The gym was probably the worst I've ever used in the IHG hotels I ever stayed. The changing room lockyers there were no locks on it, and I asked the person at reception and he suggested to me not to use it. So I had to put my stuff beside the treadmill machine.
I once called both the concercige and reception and kep the phone ringing for at least 1 min and no one responded.
The razor provided is quite worse, as it really hurts even when I applied the shaving cream provided.
It's the convenient location that is good, otherwise there's nothing special about it.

The Manila Galleria was great to stay at, I was there for a week on business. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. I had issues with the wifi and internet connection and they came immediately to fix the problems.

Excellent customer service from the check in staff, concierge, and the guest services. The team is very responsive to my needs.
very spacious room. fair line up of toiletries. Buffet breakfast is excellent as well.
Complimentary sweets for elite guests.
Near a major thoroughfare, expect traffic jams and almost impossible to park during rush hour.
it shares the pool and the fitness center with Holiday Inn. The pool is too small. The fitness center is being managed by a third party and allows access of non-guests, leaving the hotel guests lining up for machines.
the first 4 floors of the hotel is a labyrinth.

Very nice hotel but the service was not so great. Service attendants was very rude except for the waiters at breakfast. Constantly had to argue with the pool guy on the proper attire for the pool. Seems like there was a double standard. We was also told that you could not eat or drink anything at the pool unless it was bought from the hotel? Almost everyday had to call housekeeping to get ammenties that should have been put in the room when it was cleaned. Gym was late opening almost everyday. The one good thing I can say is breakfast was great.

First I have to compliment the staff here. From the day I checked in they remembered my face and name. Always quick to say hello or ask if they can do anything for me. I left a day before my wife, and had no remorse about doing so based on the quality of people there. IHG Group should send people there for customer service training! The hotel itself was Spotless! Beyond clean! Any meal we had at the hotel was of the highest quality and served by the wonderful staff! I hope some time business takes me back there from Guam! Been Platinum for 5 years now, and this Hotel reminded me why I have stayed with IHG Group!

I am very disappointed with the hotel airport pick up service. i came out from the airport (baggage area) and found no one from the hotel was there. i went around searching and then walked to the hotel waiting lounge. The person in charged was not in. i was sweating and tired. had to wait for 10 minutes for him to show up. then had to wait another 10 minutes for the car. and the car too is a bit disappointing. the charge is almost similar to other hotels but the car used is a small sedan.
one nice experience i had in this hotel was Glyn the staff at the restaurant on 3rd floor for morning buffet. she smiled to everyone all the time. i felt good.
