Terrible check in service on the Saturday afternoon

The check in service spoilt the stay at the hotel. the rooms were just not cleaned quickly enough for the large demand on the day of arrival.

Average hotel, poorly kept room

The Crowne Plaza's common areas are nice, but unfortunately my non-smoking room smelled smoky and the toilet was unflushed when I arrived. Nothing unbearable but clearly a sign of inconsistent cleaning and maintenance.

Service was not good

My parking garage key never worked coming in or leaving even after having new room keys made

Could not get served in the restaurant durning open hours due to the lack of kitchen staff personnel
Elevator broke down while on it, just went out of sevice for a few minutes then remained out of servuce for the remainder of the weekend causing extend wait times to catch an elevator.

Room was not serviced until late afternoon after 1:30pm long after we left the room for the morning.
