I would like to thank the front desk staff William for his sincere service attitude. I had to change a room the second day due to someone smoke on that floor. The hotel was fully book that day, and William spent time to help me accommodate what I requested. Thanks

Terrible service

I stayed here 1 night for business. After I checked out the hotel at about 1 pm, I went to catch my flight, then I found out that I have left my ipod in my room inside the bedside table drawer, so i called the hotel front desk about 9 pm, they stated that their "lost and found" department was close and I have to call back again the next morning. The first thing I do the next morning was called back the number and it leaded to voicemail, so I left a massage about 9 am. Then I called again every 2 hours, finally someone picked up the phone at 5 pm and she as the supervisor told me that there was another customer checked the room after me, and she checked the room, there was nothing to be found. Then I ask her why I had been calling for the whole day and left a massage but nobody called me back, she rudely said she didn't hear any calls and even she listened to me voicemail at 11am, she didn't bother to call me back, and there was nothing she could do.

I can't believe how rude she was, I was already upset about lost my Ipod, and she just made the situation worse. As a platinum member, I don't deserve this kind of attitude.

I will not stay here again EVER.
