Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's an "Okay" Place The hotel overall was just okay. There seemed to be some failures in communication between the hotel side and the banquet side. Some of the staff were kind and very helpful. The other staff I encountered were fair in customer service. On the banquet side there seemed to be a severe lack in staffing. This caused the current staff to be very over worked and stressed out; which ultimately caused moderate to poor customer service. Multiple cosmetic issues with this hotel as well. In addition, the hotel was very plain in appearance. (not like that matters but hey..) Pool was not clean. There was a severe issue with temperature control in both the sleeping rooms and the banquet rooms. If you are there for a night or two at the most this is a hotel that will work for you, but don't expect anything to grand. February 24, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by The place was a bit dirty The room was clean and nice, but the hallways and elevator were pretty dirty. The staff were not rude, but not friendly either. The restaurant wasn't great. They totally overcooked my steak and when I asked for it to be redone, they seems like it was a real issue. Our room was a suite and very nice. The fitness center had two elliptical machines which is what I prefer, but one wasn't working. At 2:30 am we were awakened by the couple next door. You could hear through the walls really well. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Give my money back I could not sleep the whole night. The Room was so stuffy and when I turned on the AC it made a sound like a generator was running in the room. I ordered room service and the food was burnt. A friend suggested that I should Contact the hotel and ask for refunding my money back. Very poor service and atmosphere. February 9, 2014

I order room service all the time and everything I've ever ordered has been awesome. My kids love staying here and so do I. The young man that checked me in was a wonderful representative for the management of this property (can remember his name, but he did mention he is a basketball player). He thanked me for being a Platinum member and upgraded my room for me (the number 1 thing I look for as a Platinum member). The room was lovely and just what I needed. At first the internet didn't work, but after a call to the same young man at the front desk. It started working shortly after. He told me he was going to call AT&T to get it working. I assume he did since it started working. I have already stayed here a few times, but I will continue to return when I am in town. It appears to me that management is doing a great job in training the staff. January 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gr8 Upgrade Room - Very Nice Staff Provided two room king suite - very nice living room area with gr8 TV for the NFL Wild Card games. In addition, they had read my "special requests" from my online reservation and put me on the top floor in a quiet corner area - TY - not every hotel reads the guest requests. All staff were very personable and professional. When I requested extended check-out time of 1PM, so I would not have to leave as first game was ending, the reply was "please stay until 2 if necessary". It is an older hotel but is well maintained with very good staff. January 8, 2014

My shower in my room didn't work and they offered to open up another room before I left for us to shower. Other than that it was a good experience and a nice hotel. January 3, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, comfy bed, could be cleaner. Pros: I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years. This last experience I noticed an improved level of customer service. Excellent in fact. I had a problem at check in and it was resolved in minutes, no questions, no hassles, no problem. Beds super comfy. Only complaints was the pillows were like stuffed in too small of cases. Food in restaurant good. Coffee very good. Service excellent. Cons: Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Someone had filled the coffee pot with water and I did not know it, so I poured in more water. What a mess. Overall the hotel was not as clean as it used to be in the past. Carpets appear stained in guest room and common areas. Floors not very clean. Bathrooms no so clean, corners had dirt build up, walls not so clean. I don't know how to explain it...icky I guess. Like surface cleaning. Management probably needs to call in an expert to evaluate the cleaning staff. I'm sure they are nice but not doing such a good job. December 17, 2013
