staff was efficient and friendly and the food was fine. We would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

I found my stay at the Crowne Plaza to be shockingly underwhelming: (1) When I first arrived I needed to speak with a bellman/concierage. The desk clerk told me to "see the person outside"...and nobody was "outside", at the arrival point. (2) Guests were not allowed to use hotel-provided carts. (3) Outside of our room, sombody had left dirty dishes from room service. Those dishes remained there for approximately 12 hours. (4) I found two silverfish in my room!!!; area around bedf (I had to look for my wallet that fell) was dirty and dusty. (5) Food in the cafe, for breakfast, was amazingly overpriced, the menu was limited, and the quality was only fair. (6) The entire hotel had a shopworn appearance. (7) Had to pay twelve dollars merely to park in the guest parking. (8) I was told, before my stay, that the hotel is Wi-Fi enabled. I was not told that such a service costs approximately $20.00 per day. (9) The hot tub was apparently dirty or??? I left with a rash/allergy, likely from the disinfecting agent running low or from being too concentrated. Towels at the area that were provided were thin, worn, and replete with holes.(10) Staff members with whom I interacted were friendly...not their fault that the hotel is really sub-par despite polite and energetic staff.
I'll avoid the Crowne Plaza hotels in the future.

You provided excellent customer service at the front desk! Manager and his staff were Terffic in accommodating our stay. We were there for the San Diego Rock & Roll Marathon. We will stay at property again in the near future.

My daughter and I could hardly sleep. It was too noisy. We can hear people from other rooms giggling and talking loud. Out in the yard there were people screaming in the middle of the night. Where's the rule about disturbance? The staff did not stop those people making noise.

I have to say this place is great. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Everything is neat and clean and I always have a great time when I stay here. Definitely will keep coming back

My husband and I do not travel often at all. We have never been to California before and were not familiar with our surroundings. The staff was outstanding with helping us get to and from places. Cost was FREE! They were able to take us on the stop, no waiting. If you going there for the Marine graduation I highly recommend this hotel. They take you to and from the base itself.
The actual room was very clean which is a total plus. I do like softer sheets and I also like a softer bed. BUT it's hard to accommodate everyone in those minor details.
