Pura Vida

Overall great stay. Stayed only one night but was fairly happy. The room had a slight smell of old cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room and when I check in I was not asked for my IHG rewards number, so I wasn't given the complementary welcome bag (water and a bag of cookies) On my way back to my room after eating I stopped by the front desk and asked for the bottle of water, I was told (with a little bit of attitude) that the water was for reward members only, I told her i was one and she said then I already received my complementary bottle. Anyway I ended up getting my bottle of water and the attitude from one staff member did not ruin my night. I would stay here again.

Nice place but....

Our room faced the 4-lane roadway in front of the hotel. There was noise all night long from honking cars and people yelling. Our tour bus ,14 people in 8 rooms, came in on the night before our departure and I forgot one of my pieces of luggage. I ended up going home without it and it would cost almost $200 to ship it home so I will lose my gear, worth about $125. Although my name wasn't on the bag it seems like the hotel could have called the 8 rooms to reunite the bag since it was their employee who took all the bags off the tour bus. Also, this is a fairly expensive place, about what you would pay in the US and the breakfast, although good, was almost $20 per person.

Hotel de negocios

Me parece que es un buen hotel si lo catalogamos como de negocios, tiene buenas instalaciones, aunque creo que es algo viejo, y los días que fui estaban pintando areas dentro del hotel y dolia la cabeza con el olor de la pintura por todas partes
