I had booked the hotel as an employee rate. I was very exited to visit this property. Unfortunately as soon as i get to the hotel after a long flight i realized i had left my employee card. Thankfully i had a pay stub and i knew there would be no problem having my property fax over the copy of the card. The First lady that took care of me said there was nothing she could do to help me. I asked for a half a day rate and she could not give me one. So i asked to speak with a supervisor. A gentleman told me the same thing that he could not help me. Then finally after 15 minutes later I get a half a day rate quote. After that i asked to speak with someone else and she also said that they cannot help me. I ended up staying there because i did not know the country. The hotel itself its pretty nice and bed was very comfortable. Other than that staff was not helpful.

Normally I stayed in other hotels in San Salvador. From now, I would prefer to stay in the Crown, particularly because of the service. Also, the room are very comfortarble. Good that breakfast and internet are included in rate. The hotel is also very nice.

I always feel welcome every time I visit Crown Plaza San Salvador. This time, it was nice to find a welcome card and cheese in my room when I arrived.
The people is really nice and that makes one feel a little more like home.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting El Salvador; its chain affiliation has changed twice, but the service and comfort remain the same.
One of our favorite items on the buffet breakfast has always been the french toast. We didn't see it this time, so inquired about it; the server said that the kitchen could prepare as much as we wanted, so we accepted the offer! We were not charged extra for this service. This is one of the reasons why we always prefer this hotel!
