Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great services with good conference room Generally I am very satisfied with the service and quality of room. We stayed there for business meetings. We booked conference rooms are for having multiple business meetings and even we had most of our meals and drinks served inside of the conference rooms. The staff were very responsive and attentive to our needs. However the food normally came out late. We picked the hotel just because it is located in the center of Santiago and it is closest to the most of our clients. In that sense it was perfect. However, the only downside of the location is that around the hotel, there are many stores. Even if you would like to purchase simple grooming kit you have to walk several blocks to find stores. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 IHG The only fault at this IHG establishment is that the staff did not know the details about the membership as I gave them my Ambassador card with my membership number and the receptionist said that it was only for Intercontinental hotels. I had to check in to my room, pull up wifi, screen shot the IHG page with my membership and go back downstairs to explain it. The comment was, "oh well now I know". Obviously, the staff member dis not even know what IHG stands for. Front desk was understaffed on a Friday night. Nice hotel and a good vibe in the Lobby lounge. September 6, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Courteous staff and very comfortable The reception staff were always very helpful and courteous upon check-in and other demands. My room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The best thing about it was the incredible view of the city due to the large windows. The fitness area has more dated equipment, but it still sufficient to provide strength and cardio options. The location was conveniently near all the main attractions of the city center.
