Nicely positioned hotel with quiet comfortable rooms spoilet but very poor, noisy airconditioning!
When travellers stay in hotels, they are usually tired from long travel and are keen for a good nights sleep. This is almost impossible when the airconditioning is noisy and will not aquire the set temperature!! This needs to be looked at urgently as it spoiled an otherwise good stay.

My experience at this hotel was bad. It is expensive and not good the following:
- The bad wifi service
- The bad room service
- On my arrival (reception, buttons) without courtesy
Just not worth what you get. I have stayed at other Crowne Plaza before and so I thought it would be equal or better.

Near downtown and two great places, Lastarria and BelaVista. One block away from the metro station.
Very nice room with a comfortable bed.

They've started charging guests for parking. That is something you don't see in other 5 stars hotels in Santiago. The hotel is fine but this kind of decisions take people like me out from this hotel...that was my last time, now I'm moving to San Francisco Plaza.

Estuve dos noches alojado en este hotel y tanto las instalaciones de la habitación como el servicio de su personal fue excelente.
El personal es muy amable y ayuda a dar solución a cualquier problema que pudiera presentarse.
Muy buen desayuno.

A group of 6 of us chose Crowne Plaza Santiago on our arrival and departure from Chile. The service provided by all staff and in particular Antonio and Ana was simply first class. I would certainly recommend this property to all travellers.

Staff at this Hotel simply excelled. There is no other way to put it.
From accommodating a very early check in, to addressing all of our needs. They simply went out of their way.
Not often you come across a hotel with such an uncomplicated and positive in attitude.
Room, internet, all was spot on.
