Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel This hotel was very clean and neat. The front entrance, was under some minor construction, but it did not interfere with incoming or outgoing customers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and carpet and furniture did not look old or worn out. The only thing, I did not like was, that breakfast was not included in the price. Over all the hotel is very clean and very safe, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to capital area. July 13, 2014

Staff extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was always exceptionally clean. Every effort was made to accommodate me n staff never complained, even in the wee hours of the morning they were willing to do as I ask. My favorite hotel in Santo ZDomingo. July 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good option in Santo Domingo Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, in good condition with a partial view. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a broad selection of hot and cold, local, American and European options. Some of the best coffee i ever had in a hotel. What prevented the perfect scores was: - we waited for the room to be ready and have we not went to the desk to check we might be waiting long.. nobody let us know the room was ready - not all bathroom amenities were replaced the second day -we were not informed our room would be on the smoking floor (but we did not smell any smoke in or outside the room) July 9, 2014

Appreciated the recognition of my Platinum status and front desk personell were first rate,.. Breakfast left a little to be desire as many items were cold and many were empty at my time there. There were not many choices. Pool area was very nice. July 3, 2014

Pues nadie mueve un dedo para apoyar al huesped a resolver el problema. Creo que es ma digno que NO pregunten nada y asi el huesped no siente tan incomdo. June 23, 2014
