We were staying at the Crowne for a gift show. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Beware of the elevators. You could grow old while waiting.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every area. The view from the room was breathtaking, the service, impeccable-(everything we asked for was,"yes!").The bed was awesome. I would have loved to have a micro wave in the room, but even then , there was one on the restaurant level to use.

Another perfect stay

Late writing this about my five nights last month ... this was another perfect stay for me at this property, my fourth visit over the past few years. I had a great five nights with a view towards the Space Needle. Staff was outstanding as always, food service was great, club floor lounge breakfasts & afternoon canapes were good as expected.

Help!

I got to the hotel after driving 2 1/2 hours and THEN realized I had forgotten my suitcase with clothing, vanity bag, the works! All I had was my purse and back pack. The helpful staff, Olivia, Russ, Peter and others did their best to provide me with some personal hygiene items, slippers and ear plugs to get me by. Top that oft with the robe in the room and a few extra sleep aroma therapy kits and I wasn't doing too bad. I was really in a bad situation and they all did their best to make me feel better and as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. Thank you all for being so helpful and kind!
