Not the best Crowne Plaza

Hotels is centrally sited, but adjacent to the interstate and has poorly glazed windows making all the rooms on one end of the hotel very affected with traffic noise.
We move rooms three times to try and obtain a reasonably quiet room and with a rear facing floor 8 room the experience was acceptable but then suffered from local city traffic noises.
Room was well equipped and the beds were good.
Restaurant was satisfactory for a hotel but nothing to be excited about.
Staff were all most helpful and considerate trying to satisfy our simple needs, for which we thank them.

Fantastic views of Seattle & great location!

Best hotel experience in Seattle ever! I was upgraded to the 27th floor - the view was spectacular! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was just gorgeous with excellent lighting. We ate at the restaurant twice, dinner & breakfast. The food & service were fantastic! I made my decision to stay here based on location - close to Seattle U. but also close to downtown. I will stay here again.

Overall simply excellent experience. Only thing I didn't like was the TV channels change too slow.

Great Customer Service

Elza at the front desk always greets me by my name before I reach the counter. She has never been the one to check me in, but has once assisted me to get some information. Each time I visit the hotel she greets me by name with a very friendly smile and makes me feel welcome.

On this last visit I was also treated very nicely by Peter, one of the valet parking attendants. He was friendly when I arrived and when I was leaving, and seemed genuinely interested when speaking with me.

These interactions improved my Crowne Plaza experience significantly!
