Stayed overnight to catch early flight out of SeaTac, which is less than 5 min. away by car. Room was clean

Not up to par

I have been a gold elite member. We used points to stay at your facility. When I think of Crown Plaza facilities I think of over the top amenities. I would have rather stayed at a Holiday Express.

First, no pool or hot tub. Second the room was in the corner and very, very small. We were to have a view of Mt. Rainer. Never happened. We were tired and looked at the room service menu. I was not on an expense account and your prices were out rageous. For breakfast, we split it. Evening bar didn't have a happy hour even though we stayed Friday night. Wine prices were high.

Prior to Flight

I stayed at this hotel after a business trip and before I left for home the following morning. I dropped off my rental car and took the shuttle to the hotel; the shuttle was well run. Upon entering the hotel I found it to be clean, bright and well appointed. The check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and again well appointed. Wireless internet speed was good and login was simple. The bedding was comfortable and sleep quality was excellent. The following morning I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and took the shuttle to the airport. I was thoroughly happy with my stay and this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the SEATAC area.
