Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Promise is not being delivered After view stays in this hotel, as a gold member we dont get a welcome fruit as promised, I ordered by ihg website through my mobile phone, and i couldnt see the message that the room exclude breakfast. My total xperience was not excellent, except the pick up service guy (mr. Windu) that serve really nice. The trafic light announcer is really annoying indeed. April 6, 2013

Staff extremely friendly and always ready to help in anyway they can. Shopping centre attached to the hotel is ideal for alternative foods, hair salons, pharmacy, supermarket. April 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and location I stayed at this hotel for holiday with family, good location, in the city of Semarang and towards to Paragon Mall, allowing you to shopping and eating there. Breakfast menu and the taste I do not think like a 5 star hotel, a little menu and ordinary sense (such as 3 star hotel), service receptionist who did not know some of my questions and cynic to serve me and happened while check out I did not get an airport transfer service by reason of the limited of operational vehicles, the answer did not satisfy me so I had to order a taxi to the airport. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a vacation and relaxing with a good price 5 star hotel. December 25, 2012
