It is clean and comfortable, the staff are all attentive without being intrusive. Great selection at Breakfast. A few local restaurants but not much in the immediate vicinity Can go by metro or taxi to central Shanghai if you wish, without paying central prices March 29, 2013

Staff came and assisted me but they were unable to open the door until the next morning at 10 am. This event certainly colored my view of this hotel as I was sepperated from my clothes and property for an unacceptable amount of time. December 15, 2012

Tambien esta a 30 minutos del aeropuerto pudong. Tiene un shutle free para distintos puntos de la ciudad inclusive el centro, con horarios fijos para ida y vuelta. December 4, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Membership status does not matter here Club level upgrade and no free internet or anything else. It was a standard room, not the suite I usually have. I have stayed at this location the last few times, but this is the worst I have ever seen of ANY of the Crowne Plaza locations. They told me they don't recognize membership status for upgrades. I told them they did in Beijing Airport, Ningbo and Hong Kong and they were the only ones I ever heard of that didn't recognize member status. The manager came out, told me the same thing and could not have cared any less. I checked in for a 4 day stay and left after 12 hours. I was again surprised they checked me out and never asked why I am leaving so soon. Checked into the Century Park location and could not have been any more pleased with the staff, room, food... I always look for Crowne Plaza throughout the world, but Pudong is off the list. Fudong and Century Park are true Crowne Plaza Brand and I would send anyone to either of those properties. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Stay with Ease and Comfort It was definitely one of the best and most comfortable stay I had in China, after visiting Guangdong and Beijing I found Crown Plaza to be much better. Its closely located to the metro station, Shuttle service from the hotel is made available, clean and huge rooms with best amenities. Area around the Hotel is also an added advantage as pharmacy, supermarket, Massage parlor etc are all just next to the Hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again with Crown Plaza. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by For a Platinum-Member it is more than disapointing! I travel alot and this year I had over 170 stays in IHG Hotels around Asia. As I am Platinium Status I regularly get Room Upgrades and other benefits in other Hotels. WHat should I say, the "Room Upgrade" in this Hotel felt like a downgrade. No Club access, no free Internet, no free Breakfirst, no free Minibar Softdrinks - NOTHING but a 40 years old tube TV and a non working Internet in the first night at all. I will NEVER book this Hotel again as there are many other Crowne Plazas in Shanghai that can do better. Best CP Hotel EVER: Chongqing and Bangkok Lumpinipark! Before I book this Hotel again I prefer booking HolidayInn in "xuangxou-Road" (dont know the exact name of the road). Also the CP in Panyu-Road is better. September 24, 2012

I travel about 6 months of the year and this is a regular stop. It is always one of the best stays while on the road, it is clean and friendly. I would recomend it to anyone if it meets your locations requirments. September 14, 2012
