Bad Internet equipment

I left the memo on the comment card, No connection to the internet, and called front desk that Wifi isOK but no connection, then just forwarded to Docomo service desk. After one hour calling with Docomo, I figured out that equipment (connector) was loose. Because the location of the connector is just at the bottom of the curtain, it always pull the cord. Bad design.
I used one hour of my relax time for hotel equipment trouble shooting!
Maintainance lady was nice, but no knowledge about the equipment, just replaced the cable which was not the root of the cauuse.
Manager apologized and make the internet connection free, but no follow up.
Bad experiece at Shanghai.
Also, the switch of the desk lamp was hided behind the curtain, and could not use the desk light for one night. Although all the light switches were wireless but desk light, which made me confused to find the switch. Front desk can not answer the location of the switch.

Anyway, design / size of the curtain was not good so that these trouble happened.

Hope it helps the future re-design of the room.

Need to improve on service during breakfast. It is bad to go down at 8 am and food are not replenish on time. Make tea and coffee self service if you do not have enough resources to handle.
Do consider having shuttle bus service to certain business area as you have alot of guest going there.
