Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 名不副实的酒店 本想利用国庆假日带全家外出度假，选了有较好声望品牌的酒店（如位于番禹路上的CROWNE PLAZA）， 谁知位于滴水糊的假日酒店是假戴了一顶皇冠的极其普通的酒店， 它无论是大堂外的接待生， 酒店大堂内的服务生，酒店订房中心的工作人员， 餐厅内的服务生， 从他们的眼神、行为、言语都离那块皇冠牌子相差很长一段距离。 从几个小事中就能反映出， 当我带着小孩并提着行李下车时， 门口的服务生好象没有看到有人进入酒店；当我进入房间时感觉一股烟味扑面而来，我即向总台提出是否按我订房时的要求做时， 他们竟然不能理解酒店还有“无烟房”这么一说，后经过大约一个半小时的述说和等待总算换来一个层面只有我一家入住的房间；晚上用餐时，餐单上明确告知是自助餐， 却被服务生告知牛肉等是要另外付钱的， 就连咖啡也要另付钱， 这可能是五星酒店的自助餐中绝无仅有的。 这样的五星酒店我还是第一次看到， 但还是有幸住了一夜。 December 27, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Neues Hotel im Nirgendwo Gutes neues Hotel am "Ende der Welt". Für Shanghai - Besucher ungeeignet, aber wenn man beruflich in Lingang zu tun hat optimal. Besser als 2 mal täglich 1 1/2 Stunden Fahrt nach Pudong. Schöne, z.T. große Zimmer mit moderner, funktionaler Einrichtung. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Feinheiten und Englischkenntnisse lassen aber noch zu wünschen übrig. Gutes, kostenloses WLAN. Bar und Restaurant mit guter Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Obwohl Hotel neu ist, fangen bereits Teile des Gebäudes und der Einrichtung an zu vergammeln (Badezimmerinstallation, Stahlkonstruktion der Lobby .....) December 10, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 一次不太好的体验 坦率讲，酒店周边的环境不错，酒店房间设计和设施也挺好，可服务实在是不敢恭维。不知是否因为国庆长假有太多客人的缘故，前台的入住和退房简直是乱得一团糟，我们办理入住手续几乎花了半个多小时，还不断遇到有客人拿了房卡回来投诉。有时说房间已打扫完，一会儿又说客人没退房？这算怎样的状态啊？而且许多号称的无烟房内烟味还是很重，虽然是前面入住客人的原因，但酒店总得有措施应对吧？ 其他方面都还尚可，但酒店的管理和服务水平真的有待提高，否则实在是有损洲际皇冠假日的品牌。 November 14, 2012
