One of the highest buildings in town, with a lot of construction going in the vicinity of the hotel, although this wasn't giving troule at all. Language difference is not easy sometimes. July 1, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 一如既往喜欢IHG的品牌 大概是新开半年的酒店,所以健身房游泳池现在都未开放。入住的时候也没有人提醒我,直到我换好衣服到楼下才发现健身房门口的装修提示。同时客房中的油漆味道还是比较明显,如果下次来的话我会考虑最少再过半年后入住,因为影响到我的睡眠。服务人员的态度都还不错,维持集团一如既往的标准,餐饮也是如此。 June 13, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 装修高档,五星服务 先被出租车送到了假日酒店,知道找错了,又走了一段路才到了皇冠假日酒店,酒店整体较新,匹配五星的服务,体验较好,还送了客房水果,客房装修较为高档舒适,就是窗外风景对着正在施工的工地,估计以后会好了 June 5, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 奇葩的服务 带孩子去绍兴过端午,定了这家酒店。中午到达后,顺利入住。孩子在午睡的时候突然房门被打开了,原来酒店竟然把我的房间又卖给了别的客人。投诉后前台给我升级了个套房。挺高兴得到了这样的解决结果。后来发现高兴的太早。晚上孩子想泡浴缸,放水后发现水竟然是黄色的,而且厕所还在反味。问前台,得到的结果是可能是因为才装修完的结果。 第二天绍兴下雨,出去玩了一圈回来大人小孩洗完澡发现厕所地上全是水。仔细检查发现淋浴房的门根本挡不住水。为了防止小孩滑到只能把浴巾全放地上了。然后下楼通知前台帮忙打扫房间。回来后发现厕所还是那么个乱样。再问前台发现记错房间了。就约晚上再来。晚上来了个小男生,进来看到厕所那个样子告诉我。。你的厕所很干净啊。我耐着性子跟他解释了下午发生的事情,他给我的回答是。。你应该关上淋浴房的门!然后完全没有任何打扫。我只能要求给我两个干的浴巾吧。人给了我两个干净的浴巾潇洒的走了。 可怜的前台就不停的听到我的投诉。 完全不推荐这个酒店。至少等他们的服务上了正轨再说吧。 June 5, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 态度很好,服务有待完善 入住前台很热情,表示我是会员,已经提供Welcome Drink和欢迎水果在房间内,进房间后没有发现,打电话询问,表示尽快送到。所以又等了1小时。仍然没有。最后决定先出门吧。晚上9点回房间,也没有欢迎水果。电话咨询,又表示立即送到。等到临睡还是没有来。水果本身不重要,但是说送又失信,两次提示客人等待。浪费时间。。。我宁愿被告知已送完。 June 5, 2014
