由于是半夜到达 入驻时感受还不错 行政楼层离主干道太近 电子窗帘不好用 玻璃有些漏风 行政楼层客人的酒吧早餐地点吃的太少 服务很一般 失色不少

I can make no greater recommendation for this hotel than to say I will be back in 3 weeks for another month. The staff are very polite and helpful, the place is spotless, the food is great with an excellent choice, As a Priority Club member I have the added advantage of enjoying the Sky Club where again, the staff are friendly, helpful and polite. I have not used the gym or the pool, I know I should, but working long days leaves little time for these activities. For a US citizen, the price is good, I don't know how it compares to other hotels in the area. I think it would benefit from a place to sit outside and take in the fresh air and sunshine this time of year with temps in the 30's C, but not in the winter when temps are -20C

I have stayed almost every month to this hotel, the only reason i Choose this hotel is the location which is close to where I am going to.
I never believed this is 5 star hotel, the service is very poor , expecially front door. I can never expect any front person will get my luggage out of the taxi and put into the taxi, it is always people there but they never help guests. I never seen any 5 star hotel have this kind of bad services.
The breakfast is ok, but still servce need to improve. It is obviously that the staff is less traning, but I can see some improvement from last time.
The swiming pool is too small to swim. there are no wifi in the room but room was quite clean.
last time i had been up grade to bigger room because the standard room was full, so I was glad but when I get into the room, it was smoking room and smell badly, so I asked to change to a non smoking room and because i was rush out to a meeting, i suggest they just move my luggage to the new room and I can collect the key later, but the front dest said they can not do so and they will send someone to pass the key to me then hangup on me. Then I have to call duty manger twice because it took for more than 20 minutes till I finally get the key.
I really hope this hotel will be getting better and please consider to arrange some formal training for the staff if you want to remark the hotel as 5 star hotel.
