It was a warm feeling as we single business travelers are usually away from family and friends for awhile, Miffy accompanied me during my stay in Shenzhen. Thank you for your warm thoughts. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love your hotel! This was first stay at this hotel and I really loved it! The only negative is downtown and the traffic challenge - it is worth the travel. I loved it! My only comment is that I would enjoy an upgrade to the executive floor - how is this made possible? I booked 3 rooms on this occasion and we all enjoyed it. The Italian restaurant was also very good - unfortunately I spent too much enjoying the wine! Scott January 30, 2013

The rooms were well appointed and the added touches including Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries and pillow menu were lovely. We have travelled the world and found the staff of this hotel to be amongst the best, day after day they went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure a wonderful stay. We dined in all the restaurants and the food was exceptional. The spa and swimming pool was also a nice change from the hustle of the city. The limousine service was great! All in all I would recommend this hotel above all others! January 26, 2013

They prepared my favorite newspaper and foods, brought me a cake to my room in my birthday, which touched me a lot. I always had a happy chat with them. However, the F&B is not living up to its name, especially the western food. I ordered a grilled combo which turns out to be mini-sized fried kaba... That is very disappointing. Also, highly suggest provide thin blanket to room guest because it can get too warm to sleep with the down duvet in the heated room in winter time. January 4, 2013

I am not sure hotel can do anything as I think it is part of local culture. Your hotel not near as bad as some Crown Plaza Hotels but agian I think it is cultural issue. I really enjoy your hotel and service provided to me and I will always stay there when I travel to Shnezhen. December 17, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 WOW - what a fantastic experience To everyone at the Crowne Plaza Landmark Hotel: I just wanted to let you know about my recent stay at your hotel. From the very moment I stepped from the kerbside and into the lobby and being greeted by Jay the Concierge, to the young lady who checked me in, to the excellent team of Alex and Jake at the Brew House bar & restaurant and the young lady at the Spa reception, nothing was ever too much trouble. All the staff I came into contact carried out their duties with a smile and good nature. Forgive me if I don't mention everyone individually by name as there were so many lovely members of staff all doing a great job. The quality and choice of the food and beverage was excellent at both breakfast and at the Italian restaurant and Brew House bar. The bedrooms and public areas were kept spotlessly clean and the sports and relaxation facilities were well kept and supplies of clean fresh towels plentiful. I cannot - could not - find any fault. Not that I was looking for faults, that's not my nature. If there was one thing it would only be the mashed potato I had with the first evening meal on the 1st December. it was very watery and not creamy at all, but that's a very minor point in the overall scheme of things. It was a real pleasure to reside at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark hotel. Truly it was, and I cannot emphasise enough that there's a great team spirit there and they've done themselves, the brand and indeed everyone proud. I sincerely look forward to coming back to Shenzen, next time for a holiday, and I will certainly be booking my stay at the same hotel. December 17, 2012

If you can upgrade to the Executive floor and lounge access it is well worth it. Food in the lounge including breakfast was great. All areas were very clean. The room was very well presented. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 软件比硬件好的酒店 虽说是全套房酒店,毕竟有一定时间了,所以我感觉硬件不是那么好,房间里始终有点霉味,窗户很小很难开,但我打电话去前台是很快就有了回应,在晚上1点还有服务人员及时过来开了窗,虽然我一晚上没睡好,但是退房时前台主动关心我的情况,并表示抱歉,比起之前甲蕃古城的感受真是天壤之别。其实有时候客人要的就是真诚的服务,少有不足只要有诚意大家还是会谅解,看来假日同一系统皇冠还真是个方面都会好很多。 December 3, 2012

I always look forward to my return stays when I am in Shenzhen. The staff is always extremely helpful & professional, all with a smile and a thank you. The restaurants are wonderful with fresh selections daily, and a helpful staff to aid in food suggestions. The rooms are large, quiet and offer all the comforts of home. The location is a 5 minute taxi ride from Lo Wu train station, and very convenient for shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family. Keep up the good work and I look forward to my next stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen November 14, 2012

This time I have been amazed beyond any reasonable expectations by staff. Attentive, caring, ready to serve you. I felt a true VIP, at least a valued Platinum Member. I stayed there from 12.10. to 16.10.2012. and each day experienced excellent service, friendly and professional attitude from the staff. The room was large, the bed - huge:), the breakfast - delicious. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna and would recommend the hotel to my business partners and friends. Thank you!
