Club Lounge Access

A little unusual about this IHG property is that as a Platinum Ambassador Member I was NOT given Club Lounge Access for 9 nights stay even when I requested for it. Crowne Plaza Landmark Shenzhen is the property I stayed most amongst all other IHG Properties which I felt NOT being appreciated even as a monthly regular patron. I do hope someone look into this seriously because each time I stay in another property with better treatment, I get more upset!
