Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ujansen71 Top-Adresse für Geschäftsreisende

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by LWTraveler Almost exceptional
Everything was exceptional about this hotel except for the AC cooling in the room. Did not ever get below 21 c. I like it cold while I sleep and air motion. It seems like they do something in the middle of the night to turn up the AC so it gets warmer in the room even though you keep it set low. I have experienced this with older Chinese hotels but this is a very new brand hotel so you would not have this problem at an upscale International hotel.

Greeting was great and recognized as club member and taken to the club floor and provided a drink while they got our rooms ready (arrived early).
The rooms are very clean and new - the only thing I would suggest is to have coffee in the room. When you wake up early it is nice to have a cup of coffee. They have a pot in the room to make hot water, but no coffee or even tea in the room. This is surprising as every other hotel in China have coffee in the room.
The club lounge is excellent and I rate one of the best... the breakfast in the club lounge is limited, but adaquate. Jack in the club lounge was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of well.
The resturant for dinner is limited for westerners and after eating chinese food for several weeks it would be nice to have a better western selection in buffet. I ordered steak well done, and in was basically rare or medium rare --- I do not like my food still moving.
Overall this is the best hotel in Longgang area and highly recommend.
I would stay away from the SPA massage.... unless you like a guy doing the massage. Not my cup of tea so to speak.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 6inGrp Great stay if not for the incidence at check-in
The overall experience would be good but this was marred by the attitude and voice tone of the staff handling the check-in. That night I tried to log into my emails to get the voucher he demanded (he had said that if I don't produce the voucher, he will charge me the full rate) - spend 2 hours trying all ways and means to print that voucher ; decided to see the Duty Manager and was told by her that the voucher is not needed. Kept my travelling companions waiting for me for dinner; we eventually had dinner at 9.30pm.
The hotel has good ambiance, comfortable bed and pillows. I would recommend to friends.
Suggest hotel make effort to familiar taxi drivers in Lou Wu re directions to hotel; we took a taxi from Luo Wu to the hotel and the taxi driver had problems with directions.
