The room was nice with a view on the apron. Also the amenities were fine. But the staff at the reception (check in and check out) was arrogant and not friendly. I sent this feedback also to the Hotel on Feb 26, but no reply until today. No more comment needed!

This hotel is in the perfect location for a short overnight stay at Singapore Airport BUT is is extremely dissapointing and very miserely that they do not provide free Wifi in rooms

Staff was very attentive to our needs and looked after us very well. The room was perfect and again well cared for and when we needed help was look after right away. Check in and out was so efficient. All in all a good value and great place to stay.

We stayed here twice recently - going to and returning from holiday in the Maldives. Super convienent at T3 at Changi.
Not your typical airport hotel - well designed rooms, love the architecture of the building. Inspite of being at the airport - easy to sleep - good sound masking.
Breakfast was OK - could of had a few more choices - but overall it was fine.
I would recommend this hotel when you are transfering through Singapore's Changi Airport.

Had one night in this hotel before boarding another flight. The hotel was very nice but expensive. The location is the big selling point. Very easy to get to from terminal 1 - take the free train to terminal 3 (1 minute trip) and you will easily see the sign to the hotel, then go down the escalator to reception. The decor was nice and I especially liked the bathroom. The hotel itself is a bit of a rabbit warren but that is just the design. Surprisingly, I had a good sleep even though planes were taking off every 2 minutes.

A very pleasant experience despite only being a one-night stop-over upon return from vacation. The hotel location at and in the airport was ideal for us; its contemporary appearance, decor and ambiance appealing. Checkin was just OK and rather slow but the room was great, very well appointed and a welcome change from boring standards. We particularly enjoyed the sound system. Breakfast was on-time at 6AM, with an excelllent choice and quality of food. The staff were as attentive and efficient as one could hope for. Getting into town is easy but takes time (>30 min) with the rather slow metro system.
All in all a refreshinly pleasant visit and one we'd make again.

We stayed the hotel as we had a flight out the following day after our arrival at Changi. Staff at reception immediately recognised my Priority Club membership (I am only Club level, but this didn't seem to matter). The room was large and comfortable and very quiet for an airport hotel. We had included breakfast in our booking and it was very good. I had booked the hotel on an Advanced Booking Rate and that proved to be a mistake. The room was considerably cheaper nearer to the date of our stay. I thought it quite expensive at the rate that we paid.

Your hotel is an excellent place to stay in Singapore when one does not want to travel to a hotel in the center of Singapore, because of late arrival at the airport or early departure. I stayed there for two nights and found it very pleasant, with a clean and comfortable room. The service was excellent, particularly in the breakfast room for Priority Club Members, but inattentive in the bar on the Registration Level. My order was brought only after I waited for a while, I had to ask for I twice.Overall very satisfied, the open airy halls with a a view of the green gardens adds much to the pleasant surroundings despite the noise from occational airplaines.

The hotel could do with more lights, its dark and gloomy at the Reception area as well as other areas of the hotel.
I would like to suggest that Crowne Plaza being such a big hotel should offer their guests free Wi Fi as most travellers now carry their iPads and iPhones which is much more convenient than carrying their laptops.

I landed at Singapore airport at 7.25am and by 8.10 am I was standing at the hotel reception desk that’s how close the Crowne Plaza hotel is from the arrivals hall. Although my room was not ready a very pleasant member of staff completed the check in paper work and advised me of the time my room would be available, which was 12.00 pm much earlier than the advised 2.00pm .My room on the eighth floor was fantastic, large and spacious, with a king size bed, and very well equipped throughout .I had requested a airport view and was not disappointed, with a wonderful view of airport operations. Although airport operations go on through the night I found that slept soundly throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great range of food which should cater to most people needs. This hotel is very different to most airport hotels as it is interesting unlike some it is not a concrete box, but its shape twists and turns with plants and greenery, and open air corridors. Although I did not use the pool it did look a very nice area to relax, there was also small garden area for those who want some peaceful time. My stay was for five nights and would happily stayed longer this is finest airport hotel I have stayed in.

Stayed in the Changi overnight whilst waiting for a connecting flight.
We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge as the staff recognised that a king bed might not suit 3 of us! It was comfortable, clean and we had a bed each. We had room service which arrived within 30 mins, it was hot and really nice.
The only down side for me with 2 young kids was that they really wanted a swim and the pool wasn't open at night which is a shame for a hotel catering for those from all time zones.
Fantastic location for catching our next flight too and it was easy to use the sky train when we first arrived.

Overall a pleasant experience, the staff at the reception was quite helpful, however the doorman or the attendants near the reception appears to have double standards in terms of service, when they see Europeans they help with their luggage even thou it is small, but when Asians they look the other way. There were a European in front and behind us both European has been offered assistance with their luggage and we did not receive any. Don't know why must be double standard?

You can walk directly from the terminal 3 into the hotel - this is fantastic. The Changi Airport itself is amazing with the food and shopping available.
The hotel provided great service, nice rooms, very comfortable beds, and we also loved the morning breakfast buffet - it had a HUGE assortment of items. We highly recommend this hotel.
We wished we were staying more than one night!

The hotel itself is quite fine and good to be there., food good quality quite low noise.

I was happy with my overall stay and i took considerable time to write some suggestions to the GM regarding some of the previous complaints from other reviewers...ie the surcharge for a second person as well as the additional inet surcharge if already paying for club floor benefit...
Despite that...The club floor staff are fantastic and recognition for PCR Members is fantastic....

the room was good, however the position of the A/C was directly at the head of the bed.
this resulted in headache and eventually had to switch the A/C off, which made the room too warm for a comfortable sleep.
suggest repositioning the A/C vents away from the headboard end of the bed.

We stayed at Crowne primarily because my partner had an early morning outbound flight on the following day. Given the room rate, most amenities are reasonably good. The only thing that somewhat bothered us was the unavailability of free internet service (and quite a high rate if we want to "purchase" in-room internet connection).

If you need to catch a flight early in the morning, then this is the place to stay. It is also very clean and comfortable. But you have to pay extra for a second person - which I have found strange.

this hotel way exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to stay overnight prior to another flight. It was fantastic. beautiful and comfortable room, very quiet. they give you a free drink coupon too! I actually stayed here twice on 2 different trips.

Pretty sad that a hotel of this standard does not have restaurant service till later, say 11 pm room service only after 10 pm. Noise from aircraft is excessive you would have thought some planning went into this at an airport hotel, considering the amenities the hotel is poor value for money, outdoors walk to your room can be exciting when the wind and rain blows through.
